“My recent experience with Enterprise on dual Highway in Hagerstown, Maryland was Excellent!
My contact at this branch was a gentleman named Ferrari.
Despite incredibly poor planning on my part, he and his team worked quickly and professionally to resolve the difficult situations I had created.
The professionalism of the team and the work ethic they exhibited is an example of the gold standard of customer service.

“My car engine seized, so I had to rent a car for approximately two weeks while my dealership handled the engine replacement claim. I can't say enough about the customer service I received from Amanda. Kind, knowledgeable, and respectful, which is what I needed during this stressful time.”
“Great experience with Avis! I rented a car yesterday and returned it this morning. The staff was very friendly and professional. The young man who helped me was especially welcoming, respectful, and had a great attitude. The whole process was smooth and easy. Excellent customer service — I would definitely rent from this location again. Highly recommended!”
