Staff were very rude. I went into the store to inquire about a repair for a bag of mine, and they treated me like I had no money to spend in the store. If you want friendly customer service, go elsewhere.

Love, love, love this location! The staff here are not just friendly—they’re genuinely warm, attentive, and go well beyond the typical sales associate experience. Whether you're just browsing or need help finding the perfect item, they’re always eager to assist without being pushy. The level of customer service truly sets this store apart. By far my favorite Coach Outlet location!

The Coach line isn't same company it used to be. No longer willing to stand behind product. My wife's purse is 2 years old and is falling apart. $600.00 and 2 years? After reaching out to the company, I was told they could fix it, but it would cost me more money!! I will throw it in trash before I pay more money for cheap material. Really looks like it was made on China. No more Coach for us. Price is high dollar, and for what?

Iamya, Jen, Alexis all were wonderful. They greeted me and immediately helped me find a present for my wife’s birthday. They wrapped it in ribbon and even helped me with a card for her.

We’ve purchased 6 bags from here, and today is the first day that I’ve brought one in based on the website saying cleaning and moisturizing is a free service. The folks inside told me and husband that they will not do it and I should just purchase their cleaning product and do it at home. I have spend 10s of thousands on clothing products and accessories and I am extremely irritated for being told contradictory information against the Coach Company Website from this location.

Coach service was ok until the sales lady was trying to sell me Peach for Pink. Telling me that was the closest to pink.

I had a pretty great experience with Emily, who helped me find the crossbody that I wanted. Emily was patient and attentive. Once I went to the cashier the lady seemed like she had an attitude when trying to assure that the price was correct and she didn’t handle my items with care. It was very disappointing.

I love this store, I needed a new bag and hadn’t purchased a COACH bag in awhile. I found the perfect bag. I even went back not too much longer later in order to pick up another bag that I liked. But my Rowan, just wow ?
