“This company is a TREMENDOUS resource for all things window. Ive come across various issues over the years trying to locate hard-to-find / discontinued window components and ive never once had to go further than Blaine Window. My most recent interaction, and the impetus of this written review, was trying to match an existing tilt-latch. I looked through the online catalog and was unable to find a match so i took some photos and emailed customer service. Within hours i had photos, dimensions, pricing for this obscure piece and was shocked to learn that they actually had them in stock. You will be pressed to find a more knowledgeable / resourceful team. I cant recommend them enough. They are my first and only stop. Buy with confidence.”

“Today, I visited Lowe's on Shank Farm Way to purchase a few items. The employees were exceptionally professional and helpful, assisting me in locating everything I needed at very reasonable prices. After finding my items, I proceeded to the self-checkout area, where I was greeted by a delightful individual named Jeff. We had a wonderful conversation that continued even after I had completed my purchase. Jeff was easy to talk to, like reconnecting with an old friend.
Every time I visit this location, I leave satisfied and with everything I need. The employees are outstanding, the store is clean, and the inventory is well-stocked. If you need to visit Lowe's for any reason, I highly recommend this location. Five out of five stars!”
“I recently had a small fitting on my $1200 pressure washer sheer off in the brass pump head. A new brass head cost over $400. A new complete pump cost over $400. I could not accept or justify that cost for a $5 fitting. I searched for what seemed like forever on Google and stumbled upon their website. At first I figured they wouldn't be interested in a small 1 off job but stopped by anyways. They took it and said they would let their shop guy check it out and give me a call. A few days later they called and said easy fix at $53. I was beyond ecstatic. I would highly recommend them for any sort of one off machine jobs. With their huge shop they are easily able to handle anything.”
“I'm giving Ferguson Plumbing Supply Hagerstown store a 5 star review because 10 stars is not an option.Quint helped us and his customer service skills and plumbing knowledge are AWESOME!As I was attempting to describe a PEX to pipe thread fitting I was looking for, Quint already had it in hand!Thanks to Quint, we were in and out in less than 15 minutes!If I tried to get the same parts at a big box store it would have been an hour or more searching for the correct fittings, opening bags to test fit said fittings and forgetting where I found the right fitting, provided they even have the fitting in stock.....UGH!!!!When it comes to anything plumbing related, save yourself the hassle and stress and go to Ferguson Plumbing Supply where they are experts with everything plumbing!A HUGE THANK YOU to Quint, and a HUGE THANK YOU to Ferguson Plumbing Supply!!!!!!!”

“I typically don't go to Home Depot as I have Team blue closer to my house. For the most part I see them as the same thing. I came to get new porch posts, as they had the style I needed and the price was right. The five stars is for TTi ( Ryobi ) rep that was present and helped me decide which string trimmer and leaf blower to get. Dakota was awesome, highly knowledgeable, and I've never received that treatment while at team blue. Dakota will be the reason I come back to get more tools.”
