“The rooms were spacious and clean with relatively comfortable beds. The bathroom had enough counter space for our toiletries. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of hot and cold food.”

“Pretty bad. Not the worst place I've ever stayed, but the worst in a while. The wallpaper was peeling, half the towels in the bathroom were wet when we checked in, the place smelled like wet dogs, the breakfast was pitiful, and we could hear every sound from the family next door. Avoid it or go to the next town.”

“No fire alarm in our room and when asked about it they already knew. That's a concern. Not enough plugs to charge phones. Needs to be modernized with a few upgrades. The shower is deep with plenty of hot water and pressure.”

“My boyfriend and I were in between places to live and we decided to stay at the apm in Hagerstown. The location is great, everything is close. You don't have to drive at all to go anywhere. The room itself could have been better. The shower was hot so that is always a plus. There was some stuff left on the floor from the previous guest. I found a hair band and a rubber piece off an earbud. There was a dry spot on the carpet where it looked like someone threw up. The sheets even though they were cleaned had stains on them. They are going to want to upgrade their sheets to new ones if they want more money. The service was friendly. We really didn't have a problem at all with any of the ladies. The glass on the wood table needed to be cleaned. The couch had a small brown stain on it that I wouldn't have noticed unless I was actually looking for a flaw in the couch. Overall the room and service was alright. I personally didnt have an issue with bed bugs. however the first night we were there we seen a cop at the hotel escorting homeless people off the property. Now for the complaints that I do have about this place. There aren't many. They are severely understaffed and really need to get a good housekeeping crew in that hotel. There isnt enough housekeeping crew to come in and clean the room. I was advised that while someone is in the room they won't go in and straighten or clean the room up. We also seen a sign in the lobby saying there will be inspections of hotel rooms. This is completely rediculous. Given the environment around the hotel I understand why this must be done though. Because there isnt enough housekeeping staff we got a text message from the hotel to take our own trash out. We were advised to clean our own rooms. We couldnt get ice the entire time we were there cause it was out of order. There were no washing machines or dryers for us to wash our clothes. The common areas need to be severely vaccumed. These are a few things that i figured needed to be voiced. this isnt ran like a regular hotel so please be advised.”

“Front desk staff was very rude. They only excepts dogs but not cats. I was not told that over the phone and went to check in and was denied my stay. They would not give me a refund. Do not stay here! I give zero stars”
