This company sucks!!! On hold for over 25 min and then live chat was over 8 min. Still do not have photos and I'm ready to get a lawyer

They only pay their photographers $15 an hour. Maybe go with a company that pays their workers a livable wage.

I place a order for my son wrestling pic over 2 months ago in December 13 2021 and now it’s February 25 and they can’t find my son pic n not giving me a refund or anything what the heck worst service ever no one know what there doing in lifetouch can’t even find my son wrestling pic group photo
