I lost all hope for Boost Mobile, after realizing that the employees share 1 brain cell, and the company doesnt care about their customers. Do yourself a favor and switch to T-mobile Metro- service is amazing and the staff is supe helpful and friendly, they're well stocked and know their products. The store is also extremely clean! I've never been happier with a carrie before!

Currently sitting at the sitting area beside the booth and have been sitting for almost 20 mins... nobody is here and a delivery guy also stopped and nobody is here... there is no sign stating they would be back or it was closed... btw it is currently 12:11 pm on Friday August 11th... I'm trying to give benefit of doubt and say maybe they are on lunch so I will wait a Lil longer... I even called the phone number listed and goes straight to voicemail.

I've been calling since last week about returning my phone, Terrance helped me and I bought this phone from a non local store from me. Friday makes the 14th day. I hope Saturday I can come and still return because this phone is of worst quality than my previous phone

Terrible terrible customer service. I had to go to another METRO and they helped me with everything after I asked the guy to put all my information in my phone. He said no I asked him if I can pay him to do it, and he replies do it look like I am a person who need money I am rich I would never visit that store in the mall ever again. Also, he threatened me. I would like to speak to the MDM or some type of supervisor because this is unacceptable and I had the worst experience I was coming from cricket switching to Metro.

This place is the absolute worst!! The mall is very busy and while waiting currently for them shopping nobody is at the booth. I’ll have to go all the way to Frederick to get a phone.

Desiree is always super polite & knowledgeable, anytime I want to know the newest promotions or get an issue sorted with my account I go to her. Everyone at this location is always super friendly, way better than the other metros in Hagerstown.

Wasted my time waiting for someone to come and open this spot in the mall. Nothing indicating they will be back or they are closed, nothing. I water for more than an hour. I was trying to get a phone for my daughter’s birthday today. Thanks!

So I went to this location on March 4,2022. My boyfriend has been having issue with his phone. Not having service at all, can't text or call out. Well I found out his sim card wasn't working. I called this location on March 3rd spoke to a lady told her my issue she told to couple things I could do. That if it didnt work come in and will give you a free sim card. Well lets get back to March 4th. So my boyfriend and I along with my 5 year old daughter went in to this location ( Valley Mall Hagerstown MD ) ,told the sale person are issue. Guy started to get smart with my boyfriend. Told us the sim card isn't free. When I told him I spoke to lady the other day she said come in if you are still having issue and we will give you a free one. Then he really got nasty with boyfriend said he was going to come over the counter slap my boyfriend in the face mind you this is on front of a 5 year, in the middle of the mall everyone is looking at us.I find this very very unacceptable. This is not how you do customer service. I will be contacting the manger at this location about my issue. I also reported to metro customer service as well. I couldn't get the guy name he had no name tag but I'm sure the manger will know.

It's a much more a pleasurable experience when you are dealing with a representative that knows their product line and can work with you to guide you to get a phone that will suit your needs. Big shout out to Desiree for making it as painless as possible. Wish customer service like this was the norm and not the exception!

Not recommended! Always changing people. I use to love making my transactions with previous girl unfortunately I cannot go back to this location, lack of experience and always giving different quotes. Also check your receipts when yall shop here, they mention one price but definitely do not match the transaction or message notifications that I receive after my purchase is processed. Do not visit this place

HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH ROCHELE!!! I forgot to post this. She is by far the sweetest, hardest and kindest worker at MetroPCS!!!!! She helped me with my phone because I was having issues with it. She was so patient and calm; i applaud her customer service!!!!!!!!! Went there last Sunday and of course nobody was there at the Kiosk >:( Just left there today and Rochele helped me fix my phone; come to find out i had a setting off that was supposed to be on; as she explained it; I got it and now my phone is perfectly fine! GOD BLESS YOU ROCHELE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely rude workers that don't seem to know what they're doing. If they think you are unfamiliar with metro they will try to add on and charge you for extra things. I will stick to going to the one downtown for now on.
