Desiree is always super polite & knowledgeable, anytime I want to know the newest promotions or get an issue sorted with my account I go to her. Everyone at this location is always super friendly, way better than the other metros in Hagerstown.

It's a much more a pleasurable experience when you are dealing with a representative that knows their product line and can work with you to guide you to get a phone that will suit your needs.
