The store is extremely clean and well stocked with phones and products like routers. Employees provide unbeatable service, walking customers through prepaid plans and helping with account issues or reconnecting devices. Some long-term customers feel attention lacks for veterans compared to new clients, and there have been isolated issues with a product accessory. However, many recommend the store highly, noting it is way better than other locations and carriers, providing the best experience and making customers extremely happy with their service and 5G phones.
Great customer service. Extremely good looking blonde kid with mascara and quite a GOOD attitude helped me with the directions to the food court. He helped me realize my true potential and helped me to navigate through the valley. He attempted to give me a free tablet but I didn’t have any money on me. Great kid.
