One customer had a positive experience at the Valley Mall branch, where the manager, Ms. Kelly Stine, went above and beyond to assist a 94-year-old customer in a wheelchair, even though the customer did not have an appointment. Ms. Stine was attentive, friendly, and patient, and she exemplified the bank's goal of providing the best customer care and satisfaction. In contrast, the customer had a negative experience at the PA Ave branch, where the manager was rude and showed no empathy for the customer's elderly father's difficulties. However, the Valley Mall branch, and specifically Ms. Stine, have consistently provided exceptional service and management, making M&T Bank a reliable choice for customers in the Hagerstown area.
