“First off, I love this nursery. Personally I think they have the largest selection of plants outside of sunny meadows in this area, and I’ve been to a lot. I’m a rose collector and stop by regularly to see what they have and to my surprise all of them are down 40% off! Which really caught my eye until I seen several plants with rose rosette disease. Mind you, this is completely out of the nurseries control. It’s a mite that travels through the wind so I had to walk away. Even though not all of them were visibly infected it was to much of a risk as they are all close to each other and didn’t want to take the chance as they do not offer a warranty on roses since they are “finicky” as the worker said. What did make me happy is as soon as I informed the staff they immediately went out to inspect the roses and started pulling some aside. To me that showed the staff truly care about the quality of the plants they sell but on the same note- I wouldn’t purchase their remaining stock of roses at this time. Wait until next year as this disease could be in all of them. You just don’t know and I wouldn’t take the risk. Thank you Lovell’s for listening and acting promptly. As sad as I am that I had to walk away from some beautiful David Austin’s, I did leave with a beautiful, fully bloomed bobo hydrangea.

“I typically don't go to Home Depot as I have Team blue closer to my house. For the most part I see them as the same thing. I came to get new porch posts, as they had the style I needed and the price was right. The five stars is for TTi ( Ryobi ) rep that was present and helped me decide which string trimmer and leaf blower to get. Dakota was awesome, highly knowledgeable, and I've never received that treatment while at team blue. Dakota will be the reason I come back to get more tools.”
