My husband n I had to have bloodwrk done for this job (insurance requirement) He made appt and when we went yesterday morning, they only found Him in the system, I had done it before with him. Ms. Teresa was so kind and patient with my husbands rolling veins, and suggested what to do for my situation, gave me a # to call to get me into the system, told us to sit outside her office so she could care for other incoming patients. Once we got me into the system, she happily took care of me.. I will surely return to Quest Diagnostics. Never had any issues. Happy you are near our home.. 9/19/2024

I always travel to the Frederick location never knew it was one in Hagerstown 11 minutes from my house. Came here today to have my blood drawn and it was very fast. The phlebotomist was super nice and friendly and I’m glad I discovered this location. I hate having to drive 45 mins to have blood done.

Those who go for your employment screening requirements, you dont wanna miss your appointment had you made one(highly recommended). This place hidden among multiple medical centers is difficult to find. Find BLUE Entrance Robinwood Center. Again, BLUE!!! You’ll see the road sign Yellow, Orange, Silver, Green, find BLUE.
And go to second door to find room 244.

Staff was amazing. The computer check in was not. I was on time and it started that I was over 10 minutes late which was not accurate. When I tried to act like I was a walk in it told me I had to reschedule. Luckily for me an employee came out who knew how to read a piece of paper and a clock. I went back at the 10 minute after my appointment time. Again. People great, check in sucked. Also don't try to call anyone because the answer for everything is go online

First of all, if you are looking for the entrance use the blue entrance don't go to the main hospital entrance like Google told me to. Go in the blue entrance go up the stairs turn right to Suite 244. I arrived a few minutes late to my appointment because of this but walked right in checked in myself and went back almost immediately. Teresa was great, very friendly and very good. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

The tech who did my blood work entered my insurance information incorrectly, resulting in receiving an out of pocket bill. The insurance selected wasn’t even the same company I have my insurance through. When I called customer service they updated the information but instead of billing the local provider they billed to blue cross blue shield of New York. Two times my insurance was messed up by your employees. I thought things were taken care of after the first time! Much to my surprise, when I had an auto pay debit my account for the bill that should have been covered by insurance. Quest needs to provide some type of confirmation of rebilling. When I search the bill it still reflects the incorrect insurance that was given the first time. For all I know, they haven’t resubmitted anything and I’m going to be left to pay the bill.

Very long wait times, always a stressful experience with an appointment or as a walk-in. Appointments are never available. Every time I go, the waiting room is full and there is only one tech working. Labcorp on Opal Ct was excellent, I will go there instead from now on.

For the 2nd time, the Hagerstown PSC (Theresa) has incorrectly entered my information into another patient's profile AFTER I CORRECTLY VERIFIED MY IDENTITY, and now my results AND personal information have been reported into another person's profile in another state, unrelated to me. It took me months to get this corrected the first time and now I'm going through this again. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I'll never recommend Quest to anyone.

Employees are nasty and despite it saying that they do walk ins, they'll just ignore you until the next person with an appointment walks in. I got up early and fasted 12 hours so that I could get there when no one was there, and the employee acted like I didn't exist. My only options were to wait 2 and a half hours, or leave.
