Went on discount Tuesday. Was supposed to be $5.99 per ticket. But they said since newer movie it was $7.99, then was only on that X room so charged me $22.98 for 2 tickets. Total rip-off. Will never return.

Okay. We already know that indoor malls are dying. Valley Mall is a pretty decent mall and I think that it's worth keeping open. Come shop, eat, enjoy. Keep this business thriving! When it's rainy and thunderstorming outside, you don't want to be walking around outside an outlet mall or an outside mall! that is awful. WE NEED TO HAVE SOME KIND OF EXISTENT LIFE OUTSIDE OF OUR HOUSE AND TECHNOLOGY.. OTHER THAN PARKS! MALLS, INDOOR MALLS, SERVE THIS PURPOSE! We need our inside malls!!
Please!! Patronize, enjoy, and let's keep this one open!

My favorite theater not in my home town. Clean. Good chairs. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are clean . Current movies, lots of choice. Free parking. The theater is next to the food court of the mall

Absolutely love it!! It was so clean and well stocked. Lots of great movies and super comfortable seats!! Incredibly polite and helpful staff!! The popcorn was fresh and delicious!! It made our family movie night even better ❤️ Our family went to their theater in Hagerstown MD

My granddaughter was amazed by the ambiance of this theater. The seats were so comfortable and plush. The popcorn tasted fresh. The picture was clear and the audio was perfect.

This place is very inconsistent. Sometimes the staff is super friendly and accommodating and other times they are grumpy and mean. My main complaint is that they literally never answer the phone. I truly believe they do not have a handset. Prices are high but the containers for popcorn and drinks and stuff are pretty huge. Not all screens have recliners which is sad.

Prices are expensive
Has a decent selection of snacks and quick food
Has signs to let you know where to go for what movie
Most times I'm greeted nicely in the lobby others seems like they had a long day so I get it
Seems to be kept clean and straightened as much as possible

The recliner seats are top notch, make sure the tickets you purchase say recliner seats!

The movie was great. I saw The Smurfs. Loved them since I was a kid and still love them. Didnt like that the self tick machine wouldn't take my gift card. Had to stand in line not a fan but at least I got to see the movie. Overall the theater was clean and the staff was helpful. I'd go again.

This is a very nice theater I go here a lot because they have recliner seating in most of the rooms and they sell popcorn themed buckets for movies very nice theater
