Sheetz of Hagerstown is a 24/7 convenience stop providing kicked-up convenience with award-winning Made•To•Order® food and hand made-to-order coffee drinks. It is a great place that has almost everything needed for on the road, including fuel, a variety of packaged snacks, drinks, tobacco and CBD products.
Some visitors have noted issues, such as fuel pumps occasionally being out of service or bathrooms needing more frequent attention. While the staff is often described as extremely pleasant, busy, and professional—with some employees providing exceptional, courteous service—customer service experiences can vary. One customer reported a transaction issue that was disappointing and discouraging.
The establishment offers convenience, though some note the espresso is not ground onsite. A common suggestion for improvement is to cut down on the use of plastic bags, food containers, and other single-use items.
Place is really clean and the employees are pleasant. Would be nice if I didn't see food handlers scratching their heads then going RIGHT back to handling people's food without washing their hands. #yikes
