“Absolutely incredible customer service. The way it should be done. They took the time to help me figure out what I needed, researching the sources of the parts. They had me order my motorized retractable mirrors directly from the source, allowing me to save any markup cost. They ordered my airbags to enable me to qualify for a rebate. The installations were completed quickly and at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely be back when additional work is needed.”

Had the pleasure of working with Scott after calling a number of other shops that couldn't help us. Was looking for support in conducting a pre-purchase inspection as an out of state buyer. Scott went above and beyond to support this for us.
Scott met with the buyer, conducted a video call with us to show us what he saw, and was thorough in his inspection of the vehicle giving us the confidence we needed to buy it. Scott was kind and compassionate with the buyer who is an older widow. She was so happy with his support and kindness, as she shared with me after the visit.

I found Honest Abiyoto who in a matter of an hour and half got it all done. He even offered me a car to get some food with my family. He got his own tow truck and repair shop/used tires. “A wonderful experience here at pope tire, they allowed me to purchase my own part needed to fix my truck and to be delivered there as well. They allowed my truck to be towed there and to sit in the lot for days while I went on the search for the part I needed. They fixed it in a very timely fashion of only a few hours which was great for the fix that was needed. The ladies at the front desk one being Shaun was super kind, helpful and informative with me my whole experience. They made very well sure that I was professionally taken care of and informed of every step of the process. I wish I could give them a 10 star review because they deserve it!!!”

At the appointment, they realized my spare had a lock, I didn't have the key, and they couldn't get it out to change it. But they held onto my fifth tire till I could get the spare out a few days later.

“Bought tires at different shop. First mistake. Went back three times complaining that the tires they sold me shook horribly at any speed above 40mph. They said it was my truck. Replaced all steering parts and problems continued. Second shop insisted the tires were defective, but Rivera tire assured me it wasn't the tires. Eventually stopped driving the truck for almost a year. Took it to Matt. I should have started there, honestly. He was able to get them balanced to the point my truck was drivable, but still shook. He warned me that he'd never put that much weight on one tire and highly recommended I return them as he didn't think they were safe. The original shop refused to refund me. Finally got all new tires today at McCarthy tire and found out the wrong tires were installed from the beginning. My truck calls for 10 ply and they were standard ply. There are tons of places to get tires, but this is the only one I've found in my area that sells products they trust to customers they care about. I own several cars and I'm not taking them anywhere but here. Seriously thank you Matt C.”

“Road trip, early am stop due car sudden vibration on road. Someone was there and was very kind to look at the car right away as our kids were with us. Turns out lug nuts on back tires weren't torqued on both rear tires after a recent service and one rear tire was about to fall off. Fortunately we were close to tires plus. Jeff and team swiftly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and got us on the road again. Fortunately everything caught in time!”
