“Absolutely incredible customer service. The way it should be done. They took the time to help me figure out what I needed, researching the sources of the parts. They had me order my motorized retractable mirrors directly from the source, allowing me to save any markup cost. They ordered my airbags to enable me to qualify for a rebate. “Maryland Motor Workz went above and beyond for our family of 6. We were headed home, back to Indiana from Maryland, when our the coolant line on our van blew at 4:40 pm on a Thursday evening. We called, explained our situation and a technician, Joseph, met us at a local gas station to assess our problem and have come up with a plan to get us back on the road. He assessed the situation, called around to find the parts locally, picked them up, fixed our van in the parking lot and we were on our way back to Indiana. Had the pleasure of working with Scott after calling a number of other shops that couldn't help us. Was looking for support in conducting a pre-purchase inspection as an out of state buyer. Scott went above and beyond to support this for us.
Scott met with the buyer, conducted a video call with us to show us what he saw, and was thorough in his inspection of the vehicle giving us the confidence we needed to buy it. Scott was kind and compassionate with the buyer who is an older widow. She was so happy with his support and kindness, as she shared with me after the visit.

I took my car in for a full brake job once and they let me know that actually the brakes weren’t the issue and they were able to do a minor repair to eliminate the noise I was hearing. “I made an appointment, dropped off the vehicle and they took it in on my scheduled time. Alignment was done in a timely manner, I was handed a print out and they explained everything to me and what parts were needed for repair. I requested an estimate, they scheduled me another appointment for the repairs and my vehicle was fixed professionally.”
“I visit here once a week or so, and they are very consistent with the food they make. I normally have a chicken cheese steak and onion rings and grab some sodas from the cooler. The staff is pleasant and the food is priced well for the times. You can sit inside and eat, which is a pleasant experience ,for the most part, it's a very busy place.”
“A wonderful experience here at pope tire, they allowed me to purchase my own part needed to fix my truck and to be delivered there as well. They allowed my truck to be towed there and to sit in the lot for days while I went on the search for the part I needed. They fixed it in a very timely fashion of only a few hours which was great for the fix that was needed. The ladies at the front desk one being Shaun was super kind, helpful and informative with me my whole experience. “I was in a pinch on a Sunday when I discovered that I had a tire with a bad valve stem. All of the appointments were full, but they were able to service my vehicle as a walk-in. David was very friendly and informative. The service only took around 30 minutes which was exceptionally fast for a walk-in.”
“I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Firestone for years, and they’ve always been amazing, but today truly proved just how well they take care of their customers. My truck had an oil change done by them in late February, so when my oil light came on recently saying it was low, I was confused. I still had over 3,000 miles until my next service. I checked under my truck and saw oil leaking and sprayed everywhere.
Because I had my entire engine replaced last April due to a recall, I immediately feared the worst and contacted Toyota. After running their tests, Toyota found that the oil filter simply wasn’t placed correctly, but they still wanted to charge me for the diagnosis & an oil change.
As soon as I learned what the issue was, I called Firestone and spoke with the manager, Gary, who was incredibly kind and understanding. He told me to bring my truck in right away and assured me they would redo everything free of charge. On top of that, they said they would reimburse me for what Toyota charged.
I’ve always respected Firestone, but today they went above and beyond. I’m genuinely grateful, there are still good people and good companies out there, and Firestone proved that once again.”

“I have a whole story so this place saved my life and my job and my car so I was driving to work which is 2 hrs away and my tires are literally brand new thick tread I was turning right at the stop sign and hod a flat metal rod go thru my tire and so I had a flat I jacked my car up couldn't get the nutz off so I walked over there and asked if they could help me get my spare on the employees was very respectful drove me back to my car put my spare on and even put some more air in my spare I just wanna say THANK U RICE TIRE AND TO THE 2 EMPLOYEES who helped me thank u soo much if it wasn't for u I would of been really screwed thank u !!! “I went in a couple nights ago and needed my oil pressure sensor replaced. 1 tech was in the shop and another was on a road call. Stephen was the tech in the shop that night but his shift was ending at 10pm. I went in around 9:30pm.tech Stephen and the lady at the front desk were very helpful and Stephen stayed past his shift to get me back on the road. They were super helpful and understanding of my situation. I appreciate the customer service. I will definitely be back and recommend these guys to anyone needing work done! 5 stars for sure!!”

He has what it takes, all the way around! I had 4 tires put on my truck, wipers and they checked my alignment, all in a reasonable amount of time with a cozy waiting area and comfortable chairs to sit in. They also have financing available if your credit is good, and you don't have the funds.
Prices were great! I will definitely come to them again for anything that my vehicle needs! Thanks
