“Today we accidentally found what has become our new favorite card store. We came looking for Disney Lorcana and were welcomed by the most passionate owner (I assume he was the owner), who took the time to show us around and explain everything. He gave us a tour of the HUGE gaming area, including dedicated spaces for tabletop games, snacks, and a room for D&D groups. What impressed us most was his philosophy. He told us he doesn't want card games to be overly competitive—he wants people to have fun, make friends, and feel welcome. He wants everyone to leave feeling included. As a mom of an 11-year-old, that meant so much to me. He went above and beyond by answering all of our questions, giving us a discount we weren't expecting, and sending us home with Lorcana promo cards and stickers. We never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. We left feeling like we had found a community, not just a store. If you're into Lorcana,D&D, TCG, miniatures, or tabletop gaming, this shop is absolutely worth a visit. Thank you for making our day so memorable. We'll definitely be back!”

“Great selection and well organized! I bought a pair of jeans and an extension cord, both were definitely a bargain. This Ollie's is bigger than the Ollie's where I'm from. I'm from frostburg, Maryland so pretty much everything in Hagerstown is bigger and better.”

“Gotta love some Five Below for all things Christmas! From Secret Santa, stocking stuffers, or just fun gifts for everyone in the family. This is your one stop shop. There is a great selection of anime, cult cartoon series, and just overall cool stuff. The staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a stop. Thank you for being awesome!”

“I went on the 3rd and the coworker named Stew helped me very much, I had a hard time looking for a book, and I told him that I was looking for “the swarm” and “from below” he looked it up for me, and showed me where it was at in the store, I think this is very good customer service. So if you go to books-a million, I recommend going to him if you need help looking for anything. I would definitely come back and shop for more books!!”

“Went here during Christmas and Kimmy was AWESOME!! Super friendly, knowledgeable and courteous every time I went in there. Was in for over an hour one visit and she was so patient and even held all the stuff up at the counter so we didnt have to carry it around. She was checking on all customers and helped get an additional coupon on our purchase! Keep up the great work!”
