Took my elderly Dad to take care of some banking needs.The young lady who waited on my Dad was very kind and respectful to him.It was an awesome banking experience,I very much appreciated it.Thankyou Truist for having this employee.

I have had excellent service every time. The wait, if any, was minimal. The staff were knowledgeable and quite helpful. The branch feels very hometown and personable.
