Very professional workers I had an issue and was able to submit an online form and got a callback the next day by Brian who helped explain the situation! Also my regular mail carrier Latesha does an incredible job with regular pickups for my online business!

Whoever my mail courier is took it upon themselves to remove my name from my mailbox and replace it with a tag that says vacant. Now I haven't been receiving my mail or packages. What gives them the right to mark my box as vacant when I still live here?

Absolutely terrible service! Would not recommend anyone go here. I had an appointment set up to get a passport for my daughter and I. The lady was mad because my 1 month old daughter was sleeping!! I was waking her up and the lady proceeded to be angry and clap her hands obnoxiously loud. She continued with an attitude and when I asked her what her problem was and told her we could go somewhere else to get the passport she threatened to pepper spray me with my daughter in my hands. Smh! I am so disgusted.

Attention Hagerstown residents you must tell your postal carrier personally who is in your home or they won't deliver the mail to that person I had a title to a motorcycle mailed to me from MVA the person I bought the bike from ordered the title and had MVA send it to me so i Could go there and get the title in my name, well because the mail carrier didn't recognize the name on the mail they took it upon themselves to not deliver my mail , no note nothing just took my mail back and sent it back to MVA well if you feel you know me well enough to know who lives in my home then you know me well enough to knock on my door, since when does a postal carrier decides who lives in your home and if they don't recognize the name they return your mail so if i have someone stay with me for awhile i guess i have to the mail carrier personally. So now my tags and registration have expired because i have to wait for the mail to go back to MVA and hopefully MVA mails it back to me, . They should not be deciding if they want to deliver your mail, deliver the mail to the home that its addressed to is your job. I paid an extra $100 for expedited delivery only to have the postal carrier decide that it wasn't my mail
