“I had to go to the outlets for scrubs, I was told most of what I was looking for would show up within an hour or two. So I naturally tried to burn time and had not brought my vape thinking this would be quick. I decided to check the vape shop there and was met with the upmost courtesy from the 2 gentlemen working. Ended up buying a disposable and hanging around for easily an hour+, probably being a tad annoying needing refuge. They were incredibly kind and laid back, I cannot recommend this place enough for not only its atmosphere/workers but very competitive pricing on the vape that I purchased.”

“Everyone who works here is always very friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't know something, they'll find someone who does. Everything is great quality. The overall vibe is always really cool and the place is always alive with both customers and staff interacting with each other. Definitely worth a trip if you aren't in Hagerstown already.”

“I’ve been coming to Madcatt for 10+ years. They are literally the only place that has the vape juice flavors that I want, the 18 mg that I can’t find anywhere else and if I happen to go anywhere else (I live an hour away from there now), it’s a waste of money. I hope they never go out of business. I honestly don’t know what I’d do!”
