Today I experienced the epitome of customer service! I received a warm welcome as soon as I entered the store, and began to explain my situation to Cade. He asked clarifying questions to get as much relevant information and helped me make a decision. I was pressed for time and had NO clue what exactly I needed, and he essentially held my hand and showed me what I needed.
As I got caught up with a work call, Cade proceeded with the transaction still able to get information he needed from me without causing interference to my work call. I ended up having to make a quick run and when I returned to the store I was approached by Ziaire & Nia who immediately confirmed my identity and knew exactly who I was and exactly where I left off as Cade was handling other matters at the time. It was the most seamless process. While Ziaire began finishing up the admin part of my transaction, Nia began to converse with me, inquiring about the reason I was interested in the internet I just purchased. She game me info about some of the other services and perks offered (awesome stuff at Verizon right now), reassured me that the product selected was best suitable for my needs, and it is!
The service I experienced was above and beyond. The patience and understanding I received was beyond empathy. The product knowledge provided to me is having me consider switching to Verizon. Most importantly, this did not feel like a chore or a task or a transaction the way signing up for internet service often feels. I was in and out in no time. Like picking up clothes from the cleaners. Hats off to Cade, Ziaire and Nia. I would NOT be a customer today if it weren’t for you all. Bravo! 👏

Came to this location because I was having tech issues with my phone. The gentleman working was very courteous and helped me get everything straight without it costing me. Thank you again for all your help Cade. I will definitely be back.

Meh. Great products but me and 4 others customers had to wait 40 minutes to be helped because only one employee was working and he was helping one customer for 40 minutes. He was nice it was just a long time

We stopped in on a trip down Highway 81 because our cell phones weren’t charging correctly. Daniel was working and extremely helpful. He found us the right equipment and didn’t act like we were an imposition at all.
