“Northside was recommended to me by a friend who lived in Hagerstown. The best recommendation that I've ever received. I had a watch that I hadn't worn in a few years because the watch band kept on opening and I had multiple jewelers tell me that they fixed it, only to have the same issue. Northside fixed it the first time and said no charge that it was just an easy adjustment. I still paid them since they took the time to fix my watch. The watch stopped working a few months later and I took it to them and it was just the battery and they fixed it while I waited and cleaned the battery contacts at the same time. I was really happy with my watch until a pin in the link came loose again (very sharp and protrudes just enough to hurt someone). I had forgotten that this was an issue in the past that was never really fixed properly, but I took it to Northside and they said that someone had installed the wrong size pin and replaced it with the correct size pin for $6 while I waited. They are truly grateful to serve you and it shows!”
