“My mother and I went there on a Friday night before Christmas and it was very busy. That said, we knew what we were looking for while we were there, and I was even tempted by a few extra holiday items while moving - they have some very adorable holiday miniatures, and these could go a long way with the right resources and minor tweaking! They had three registers open, all moving as quickly as they could, but the lines still went about halfway down the nearest aisle. I have never seen more than 2 registers open at a Dollar Tree, so you could tell they were really trying their hardest to keep it graceful. I did hear one person joke about the prices - I guess the standard is $1.25, now? This doesn't bother me, as it's still cheaper than what you'd get at most stores, and the office & stationery selection isn't bad (I almost always grab a notebook or notepad while I'm in there - you can never have too many!). I can't recall our cashier's name, but they were very helpful with our checkout - even finding a second to make a suggestion to us without losing an ounce of speed during the checkout. These employees deserve a raise, if not at least a holiday bonus. I wish them the best during this economy.”
“I love this place. No matter what I'm looking for it is always there. I wish they had more than one. I come every year for there soap because this is the only store that carry the big size dove soap. Now they sell hair. Awesome. They need to expand..”
“I went on the 5th of July to get balloons for my son's birthday weekend. I bought balloons there and brought 1 balloon to be filled. Well ended up being a dud unfortunately. Brandon is who helped me and was patient and tried his best to fix the issue. I very much appreciated and wanted the management to recognize his patience and helpfulness and customer service.
This was all despite other customers interrupting him as he was already hands tied with another customer.
I also wanted to mention the lady who was on the register next to him (the cashier) had just as much patience and was getting those customers in and out while handling the ones trying to overstep other customers being helped first. I hope management recognizes her as well. It got busy fast and they both did an excellent job.”
“I love Ollie's but God forbid you have to use the bathrooms here. On one hand, if its an emergency and you gotta go, there's a bathroom. On the other hand, pooping your pants might be more sanitary.”
“Great place to find all types of things for reasonable prices. Lots of cute seasonal candies. Currently, they have a great selection of valentine's things, but Christmas was very well stocked too. Also, love that kids can get acceptable gifts for their friends from here.

She greeted me with a smile, made sure my items were rung up correctly, and even took the time to double-check a price for me without any attitude. “This is one of the best Dollar Trees around. They have a lot of things other stores don't have. The staff is always friendly, plenty of carts, , lots of school supplies too.”

“I just want to review Optical Center at this location. In April Jesse helped me to find beautiful frames. He is so kind and knowledgeable. My glasses were ready in a week. Today I brought my son. He helped him to find nice frames for his prescription glasses. Their prices are much more affordable than other places. Thank you, Jesse, for your outstanding service!”

“I get different types of products that I don't get in regular grocery. Different taste .No body force you to buy animal.And they are nice to Veterans.I know the one I goes to.Now they are being more wide spread.I hope they keep there reputation. My one incident with one of the cashier, he lied to me, and did not want to do my exchange on spoil milk.But another cashier help me.I went back and bought another milk and the thing happened. So I didn't throw away the evidence. I TOOK BOTK BACK TO THE STORE AND I WAS HELPED.”
“Nothing but good experiences with Miguel and the staff at Liberty. I've purchased several appliances here for my rental properties. Always easy to work with and delivery is usually the next day when I opt for delivery. I've also picked up my appliances and they help me load it into my van. What really sets them apart is when it comes down to servicing the machines. I've purchased appliances at other vendors and if something goes wrong the turnaround time to get someone to take a look at it is weeks or you can't get them on the phone. Not the case at Liberty. Had a tenant clog the dryer they came 2 days later and repaired the issue and showed the tenant how to avoid it happening again”

“This is one of the big Dollar Trees, which is why I went there. A lot of Christmas items to choose from and a large food section. The man at checkout was very helpful and professional. Only problem I had was the isles were full of carts with items to be stocked and had to maneuver my wheelchair around things. Found everything I was looking for though.”

... First things first, I moved here from Florida and the Dollar generals in Anne Arundel county and in Baltimore area are so so much better than the ones in Central Florida!
They seem to sell everything from quality bras and comfortable underwear. To medicines to name brand makeup to baby things to furniture, lamps to all name brand types of food, cereals, ice creams, great priced milk even almond milk!
In this particular one off Veterans highway in Millersville, MD. Everybody is always so nice and so helpful and they genuinely want you to save money and explain the quality of your savings If you download the app.
The only reason I haven't visited more often is because I'm a forgetful person and it's not right around the corner from you. Now that I've gone there a couple times to doordash and deliver for other people, I am definitely a true believer in this store and I even got the app.
You can get cash back! And I mean good cash back. For example, they'll tell you, you can earn $3 off Venus four pack razors and the razors will only be $6!!! Other full price convenient and grocery stores, they're I think somewhere from 12 to 16 bucks!! So in retrospect you're only paying $3 for these razors at any Dollar General ( at least for this week's special ? ) because they're giving you immediately another $3 to go spend in their store!!!!! It doesn't get much better than that ? but the nice and friendly and helpful employees really make it a thousand times better than any other discount store I can think of at this time! Or really any store. They definitely raise the bar for quality. Kind friendly, helpful customer service!
To clarify, I do not know anybody that works there. I have never worked here. I've only been in this store four times. This is truly how impressed I am with this store and this location particularly ?
I wish I could remember the name of the young man working Sunday June 23rd, 2024 evening to closing shift, at the register.... because he was terrific!!!! If Dollar general sees this and knows the person's name, please let me know so I can give them a shout out in this review because they gave terrific, joyful, efficient customer service. They were very knowledgeable and helpful about the app while still keeping up with a line and being the only person on the register! And doing all with a smile and genuinely and authentically seemed to love what they do and moved helping people which I think is fantastic!!”
“Friendly staff and always has everything I need. Just steer clear of the homeless guy that sits out front with his dog. It was about 11 at night and he asked me and my girlfriend if he could come sleep in our house. Not sure what his intentions were but he gave bad vibes that night.”
“I went in on December 1st looking for more stockings. I nominated myself to do 65 stockings for work and I was 8 short. This was the 4th Dollar General I had visited. The cashier took her time to look through the boxes for me. We may not have what I was looking for, but out of the 4 other local stores I visited, she was the most helpful and thoughtful person I dealt with. It truly meant a lot, and I will go out of my way to visit again!”

“My GPS showed this Grocery Outlet was closer to where I was in Odenton, Maryland vice their Columbia, Maryland store so, I decided to check it out.. I was glad ? I did. This store has more parking, a larger produce section and I believe more deals than their Columbia store. Both have excellent staff and use the Grocery Outlet app (it saved me $5). The store is smaller than your normal supermarket and may not have certain items your shopping for (among the things I was looking for were CHEAP hot dogs which they didn't have). Still, they had some good bargains and, it was fun seeing what they had. Because they have more stuff and better parking, I'd recommend this ? store over their Columbia location. Happy ? shopping ? all!”

“Not sure why this store has such bad reviews. Yes, it’s a little dirty. Yes, they don’t always have the best inventory. Yes, checking out can sometimes be a little annoying. However, they are open til 11pm, have very reasonable prices for a “convenience” store, and I have been bailed out multiple times needing something at 10:30pm to which they were either the only store open or the only one who had the product in arbutus.”
