“We needed a new kitchen faucet and Jimmy, the counter agent, could not have been more helpful. He showed us on his computer different models and we ended up purchasing a model that was cheaper than the one we were planning to get first. This is a huge warehouse with lots of choices.”

“I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Isabella at Gramerco for her outstanding assistance yesterday. She made the process of selecting quartzite slabs seamless and stress-free, and ensured that all details were documented and communicated efficiently to my kitchen remodeling company, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire experience.”

“We recently had the pleasure of working with CLARK Marble and Granite for the installation of our floating countertop, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of their work. Floating countertops are not an easy task — they require precision, perfect leveling, and solid structural support — but their team executed it flawlessly. From the very beginning, their professionalism and attention to detail were evident. They took the time to make sure every measurement was exact, the seams were clean, and the finish looked absolutely seamless. The craftsmanship is outstanding — the countertop looks elegant, modern, and perfectly complements the design of the bathroom. Their installers were punctual, respectful, and clearly very skilled at what they do. It’s not just the final result that impressed me, but also the care and pride they put into their work throughout the entire process. You can tell they truly know what they’re doing and take great pride in their craftsmanship. I highly recommend CLARK Marble and Granite to anyone who values quality, precision, and professionalism. It’s rare to find a company that combines both technical expertise and genuine customer care like they do. We are extremely happy with the result and will definitely be working with them again on future projects.”

“Like many others, we had a great experience with Pandora Kitchens and Shaw in particular. He deserves 5-stars, for sure. We wanted a premium quality update for 20 year-old kitchen, but had a tight budget. After getting some eye-popping bids from contractors that wanted to do everything or nothing, we decided to DIY it and hoped for the best. We looked at all the online, RTA and big box retailers but weren't happy with the combination of quality, price and guidance we found. Fortunately, we came to Kraftmaid Vantage, Pandora and Shaw. Shaw worked with us to DIY what we could and provided help (patiently) when we asked. He had great ideas, but also listened to our ideas. He gave great guidance on configuration, color and countertops. The cabinets were professionally delivered on time. We had one damaged item and the factory didn't cut the oven cabinet correctly. Shaw sorted the problems quickly without issue. We're very happy with Kraftmaid Vantage quality and finish - particularly for about the same cost as online brands and for less than lower quality Kraftmaid product from the big box stores. Shaw also provided guidance on the quartz counter tops and arraged for their installation. His contractors were polite, professional, on-time and did beautiful work. Again, for about the same cost as the box box stores. While we aren't 100% finished (still need to install the range top in the island and some lighting), we are thrilled with the result. Thank you, Shaw. We'll be back when we do the laundry room.”

“Dashielle was an absolute pleasure to work with, she's very well informed about all aspects of cabinetry options, measurements, functionality and installation. It quickly became obvious that the process was going to be much more involved than my wife and I taking measurements and picking out what we wanted at Home Depot. We're so thankful that we engaged Chesapeake (and Dashielle in particular) at the recommendation of our general contractor (Paragon Contracting - Severna Park), who also turned out to be fantastic. Our kitchen is beautiful and Dashielle played a huge part in that.”

“I had an excellent experience with Carefree Kitchens during my kitchen and laundry room remodeling project. They led the design effort and provided renderings that allowed me to see what the finished project would look like. Not only did they help me select cabinet styles and materials, they also provided input as I made my flooring and countertop decisions. The cabinets were delivered within the timeframe they described and they worked well with the installer to ensure everything was right. I highly recommend Carefree and will use them again.”

“Had an absolutely FABULOUS experience with Granix! Needed kitchen countertops replaced a new countertop for a wet bar. With a 1 year old at home, I wasn't sure it'd be possible to keep my sanity and get the countertops after speaking with other companies in the area as they all said they'd remove our countertops and install the new ones 10 DAYS LATER! With baby bottles and pump parts I didn't know if we could last 10 business days. A neighbor then recommended Granix and they were able to measure, perfectly, with our existing countertops still there, cut the new ones then remove the old and install the new on the same day. We are so so very pleased with the work and costumer service we received, Eylem and team were great.”

The staff were extremely helpful, answering all of my son's questions and giving him advice on how to build his project. They even gave him a discount and donated some of the materials for the project. I can't say enough good things about the team there. Thank you so much for helping my son and supporting Scouting!”

“I highly recommend ProSource of Columbia for any of your flooring needs. The showroom is impressive with a large variety of flooring choice samples. I was looking for vinyl plank flooring and was pleased with the amount of samples they had to help me make my decision. Marco was helping me with my sample choices and gave me the information I needed on each one also carrying them to the car for me. Once I got the samples home I was able to make a decision and Marco was great throughout the whole ordering process. My contractor had lots of questions for Marco about installing the floor and Marco made sure I had all the correct information to give to the contractor. Marco’s expertise and professionalism far exceeded my expectations.”

“I had such a great experience at Ollie’s thanks to the cashier Tammy who checked me out today. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely made the checkout process smoother. She greeted me with a smile, made sure my items were rung up correctly, and even took the time to double-check a price for me without any attitude. It’s rare to find customer service that feels sincere, but they really went above and beyond. Thank you, Tammy for making my shopping experience so pleasant — employees like this are the reason I’ll keep coming back to Ollie’s”
