“Awesome place to hangout. The botanical and esthetics are gorgeous, modern barn accents. Cute little summer place to enjoy the summer brisk and the wonderful aromas from the garden. Miguel was our tour guide and our snowball specialist. Miguel also makes the egg custard. I had a signature snowball and thoroughly enjoyed it. “I want to acknowledge the Customer Service young man by the name of JoJo at the Parkville location. JoJo, addressed an issue for refunding and crediting funds back to a credit card. The reason why I'm acknowleging JoJo is because of his professionalism, patience and assertiveness in problem solving. What couldn't be done refunding a cancelation of service in the store, he followed through in calling the Home Depot office to assist him, which his professionalism was shown as he dealt with other departments and employees on the phone. This refunding took JoJo quite awhile to resolve but his patience and tone of voice was exceptional. Also, the problem which was resolved by JoJo on today (7/17/24) was presented to the same store on (7/16/24) at Customer Service desk, by another employee the day before, but with no resolve and unhelpful. JoJo should be recognized and his professionalism should be a guideline for the staff. He demonstrated what is missing today in retail Excellent Customer Service. ($99.00 CREDIT for a cancelation of outsourced service). Give that young man an employees recommendation.

“Vince... a very gregarious and knowledge owner/salesperson. It was a pleasure visiting his store for the first time and meeting him. I learned it was a family business that he's now run for decades. The store is packed to the ceiling and displayed attractively out front, with just about everything you'd need/expect in a hardware store (not lumber yard.)I'd called in and he was able to salvage the correct part for my lawn mower from one that was located "out back." He saved me approx. $20 by getting me the handle I needed, which didn't have it's own individual part number, without having to by the whole self-propel control unit.I will return.”
“We visited this store on 10/22/2023. It was the most pleasurable experience that i have encountered. MARLAYA was spectacular. She was very helpful and friendly. The level of professionalism that she displayed was simply amazing. I would highly recommend a promotion/raise for her. Anneliese (Supervisor) was very appreciative of my comments to her about MARLAYA. When leaving, SEMIRA was very helpful as well when she initially assisted us with MARLAYA. We were elated when we reached the cash register to check out where we encountered TYNEARA. She was very kind as well. The Super Customer Service that was given to us should be awarded due to the fact that it is very rare to find such a service. I would highly recommend this location in Randallstown, Maryland to all of my friends and family.”
“We purchased carpeting from this Home Depot store. Claudia made sure we were buying the carpeting that best met our needs.
When it came time for the installation we had a problem with the delivery of our carpeting. The store manager Paul got in touch with the installation crew on a Saturday morning and had them contact me to coordinate the installation. Paul then called me back to make sure the installers had contacted me. That's great customer service.”
“I had an annoyingly slow drain in my tub and a friend recommended I rent one of those powerful drain snakes. When I went to pick up 2 young ladies in rental dept ask me a few questions and warned me if I had an old home it could crack my pipes. They suggested I try this manual snake with a nylon end in combination with Zep clog removal. They probably saved me thousands of dollars. I can't thank those young ladies enough. My tub is draining perfectly now and no more pooling. I usually get very little help there but Great service from them!”

“I recently became a first time home owner. When I tell you all that this is a lot....this is A Lot. There is so much to learn about a house, its parts, how it functions, the innerworkings, and who to call.One of the items that I am working on is getting blinds for the entire house. Why are there so many types of blinds? Why, friend? Why? I became really overwhelmed and reached out to blind specialist stores. Unfortunately, their quotes for service, design and installation was thousands of dollars. I kept the quotes and went to Home Depot to get their counsel. I had no idea what I was looking for nor the proper terminologies. What I did know was that the paper blinds in my house had reached it expiration date. Lol. I met Christina. She sat with me at a desk, gave me a tutorial on blinds and walked me through the home depot online process. The online process allows one to customize what they are looking for to the inventory of home depot. Christina patiently inquired about each room of my house that needed blinds, asked me probing questions, and encouraged my decisions. By the end of the meeting, she was able to provide me with a quote. I really appreciate being able to go to my local Home Depot to lessen the anxiety of homeownership.”

“Friendly and clean. I tend to prefer Home Depot over Lowes. It's a bit of a smaller Home Depot so they have the typical stuff, but unfortunately if you need a specialty item you either need to go to a different location or go to Lowes instead. Check for inventory online first.”
