I have been attempting to find a very specific type of shisha for some time and the owner was able to provide me with the exact product I wanted and made recommendations for alternate products. There was no upselling or pushing, but he did make a recommendation for a brand and flavor that has ruined all other flavors for me (in the best way!). I haven’t experienced customer service or knowledge from any business since my home shop Telfords, back in California. I will be frequenting this spot and only this spot for years to come.”
