“Nice dealership with professional staff.

The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of hidden fees, and they also did not match the CarMax trade-in price, even though it was promised to me before I arrived at the dealership. I recently purchased a Honda Pilot from this dealership. As I mentioned, the people were nice—Roman, the salesman, and Jackson from accounting were amazing. There was also a customer service manager who was kind enough to share his contact information with me in case I had any questions or issues with the car.

If you see attractive car prices, don’t get tricked like I did. There is a certification fee of $1,800, and they do not waive it. When I told them I didn’t need any certification or additional warranty, they said the work had already been done on the car, so they could not remove or reduce the fee.

Additionally, before coming to this dealership, I told them I had an approved quote from CarMax and asked if they would match it. They said yes. However, when I arrived, they offered $1,000 less, saying that CarMax does not account for sales tax.

Overall, just be mindful of these items before coming to this dealership.”

Called the week before Christmas for an issue on my 2006 Chevrolet 1500 Silverado 4WD V8 with my driver's side front wheel making horrible nosies that was getting worse the more I drove.

During this extremely busy time of year they were able to fit me in on 12/22/25. I dropped my truck off the night before and left the key in the overnight drop off slot.
Was called around 11 am with the diagnosis of my front drivers side wheel bearing dangerously broken and needing replaced. they also noticed my front breaks could use replacing (rotors and pads). I decided to do all work that was recommended. All Work was completed same day and for a very affordable price.

The customer service was perfect, very friendly and professional. They were not pushy in any way, they were very understanding and patient.
I will defiantly be a returning customer!

I have been to alot of different auto repair shops in my life but I have to say I am never disappointed when I bring my vechile here. At this auto repair shop you get professional and honest men. It is very wonderful to see a business like this in 2024. I would give this business 10 stars but the highest you can give is 5 stars.
