  I have had M&T bank for 20 years,It depends on the teller you get some need to get training on how to deal with people,but the new manager is so nice and is always a great person to deal with and help with a problem,I think tellers get sent there from Baltimore branches and don't have any idea what customer servise is.

  I've always gotten good service at the Hampstead branch of M&T Bank. I have dealt with Julie on many occasions, and she has always been helpful.
