No contact banking, no human help,The phone just rings no one answers, you go in they direct you to the atm where a human may help.

The people that do work there are nice but there isn't an actual teller anymore. I go to Westminster because I like dealing with an actual person when making deposits and not a machine. Will most likely be switching to Truist since they have a local bank with tellers.
