No actual teller service, only automated system which often times is ineffective. 5-6 employees working at location have no interest in helping with any day to day banking matters.

Really Disappointing…I’ve been using this branch since I was 19 years old. I went to go cash a check and use the virtual teller. It wouldn’t connect. So I go inside and am told to use the virtual teller. I go back and it still won’t connect. I made a mistake by putting a check in my wife’s account (instead of mine) using the ATM and now the check is bounced and I have to wait 10 days with a fee. Yes, my fault for grabbing the wrong debit card to deposit, but it’s really sad there was NO ONE to help me when I am trying to simply cash a check and ensure it’s put in the correct account. A bank should have tellers to help people in person. Honestly, ready to move banks as PNC corporate still hasn’t responded. I’m all for progressive thinking and making work easier but why wasn’t there anyone to help?

No bank tellers, virtual tellers apparently, they got rid over the competent employees. Worst banking experience ever!!!!

I have never experienced nothing but great service at this location! I have been with them since they opened. Just recently Tanya helped to go over my account and was very helpful making sure everything was in order. I use the ATM often but the times I have gone in the bank have been pleasant.

If possible I wouldn't give them a star my banking is as simple as it can get but because of the staff there I have to drive out of my way to another location to get my banking done that's how much I hate dealing with the staff there that's sad

HORRIBLE CUST.SVC!!If possible, I would give it 0 stars solely based on the poor customer service and horrible attitude of the bank employees.Waited 45 minutes today to open a checking account for my teenage son only to have an extremely rude and abrupt staff inform us she would not be assisting us as “the doors are locked at 5pm”WTF?? When I pushed back as to why this wasn’t stated BEFORE we waisted an hour in the lobby, she begrudgingly conceited to help us, but then demanded my son show his social security card before allowing us into her office!Then she had the gall to state more than 4x to my son “if we had more time I would love to show you all the features of..” and “I wish I had time to...”Of course, the grand finale in the passive-aggressive show was her ONLY speaking to my son. She said not a word to me even when I tried to speak to her.Not only did she ignore me for the duration she couldn't even fain a good by to me.I am horrified at being forced to endure such unprofessional, rude, and outright appalling behavior by Ms. L.Hughes.If for some reason you’re looking for a new bank, don’t go here!!

I had an unauthorized charge on my bank card, the call center number on the back of the card was useless. The customer service person was abrupt and hung up before I could ask a question. Oh I forgot to mention I was on hold for a half an hour only to be hung up on. So I called my local Hampstead branch and the lady who helped me was wonderful! She was kind, told me what to expect and what to do until I received my new card. I can't thank her enough!
