First time, our son was involved in an accident, we were a 1.5 hour drive away and the tow driver was so nice to him while he was shaken up. Second time, he helped my sister-in-law with a tow- he was so nice to her and when he heard that she was traveling home from making final arrangements for her father who had just passed- he only charged her $80 and told her she’d been through enough. Thank you for being so kind and helpful! It goes a really long way!”
