βAgent Michael Derocher at State Farm is awesome! He always gets back to me quickly, answers all of my questions about my car insurance and homeowner's policy, and makes sure I understand exactly what I'm paying for. He's also been really patient and helpful whenever I've had a hard time making payments and has always taken the time to work with me and explain my options.
One of my favorite things about working with Michael is listening to the stories he shares from his years of experience. They always put things into perspective and have helped me understand what I need to do and the coverage I should have as both a homeowner and a car owner.

βWe have worked in the past with Alec and now with Rita Barth at this Allstate Ins office. They provide service and follow through above and beyond any other Ins Office we have ever used. Just recently, Rita reached out as we had policies coming due and she worked with us going through all of our policies with thoroughness and much attention to detail and able to find us savings and update and adjust were needed. We are extremely pleased with this Alec Schwab Insurance office and the agents such as Rita that provide incredible knowledge and customer service to their customersβ

Cindy Lopez was such a big help! My dad and I both have State Farm, and she went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything. My dad can get a little mixed up sometimes, but Cindy was super patient and kind! she broke things down perfectly and never rushed us. You can tell she really cares about her customers. We truly appreciate her and the great service she gave us! She is the reason why I will continue to be a State Farm customer!β

βI have been with J.E. Schenk & Associates since I started driving 7 years ago, and my parents have been with them for over 2 decades ago, and we have always had nothing but great experiences. They have always been so responsive and helpful, and filing claims has been quick and painless. I truly have felt protected by my insurance while I've been with them, and I have never had to worry about not being covered. We've dealt with broken windshields, minor rear ends, even totaled cars, and they have been so helpful throughout it all.
When I first got my own insurance as a 22 year old, I had no idea what I was doing, but they walked me through everything and found ways to save me money. Now, when I'm preparing to move out of Maryland for the first time and have little idea on how to re-register my car and get new insurance in my new state, they have been tremendously helpful in explaining what steps I need to take with them and the MVA, and making sure they don't overcharge me when I switch carriers.
