DO NOT BOOK WITH BUDGET!! The site says nothing about not being able to use a debit/credit card. I got to the counter an was told I could not use a debit/credit card unless I flew in. But they were quick to charge my card the $600+ for the car rental before my reservation with the same card.

Best Budget rental location I've been to. Outstanding customer service. Complete opposite of the Budget location at SFO.

Nice looking facility, but twice recently the line of customers was 15 or more people deep and the counter was staffed with just two overworked check-in clerks. All the other terminals were -- you guessed it -- empty.
