“Got into quite the predicament as I was trying to upgrade the computer a few days before school started and completely destroyed it. Mike helped me through the embarrassing process as I had to replace the motherboard leading to a partial rebuild. Mike was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He replaced the motherboard, redid the wiring and updated all the bios and drivers so I can have the computer in time for the semester. I am very grateful and will be returning for any future work needed. 10/10 would recommend.”

“When I went to Best Buy to buy a new computer there were 3 employees here who were super helpful to me. Michael, Carlos, & 1 other person I can't remember his name. They helped me buy a computer not too expensive but not too cheap either & a computer that will work for me. They also helped me pick out an external hard disk. They allowed me to test everything I needed to test & then said due to my membership, I could come to them for tech help of various kinds for (what I remember being told) free or low cost. I have been a Best Buy customer here for a long time. I miss the Security Blvd BB but this is excellent.”
“I needed a fan for our server that kept overheating and it was going to take a while to receive it anywhere else but Dejuan was able to find it and I could pick it up same day. Lisa was also very helpful. I will start coming here first for our tech needs.”
“These guys are my local IT supplier and they are fantastic. Used equipment is the way to go if you know what you are doing. It is far cheaper and better for the environment. So far we have spent less then 5k on a setup that would have cost over 10 times that new just three years ago. Plus with these guys, the firmware is always updated, tested, and factory reset. As for price, I've not found better, anywhere. I usually check ebay and other sites before buying and so far I've almost always gone with instock901 when they had what I needed. The only thing I wish they would do is open their warehouse to shopping. I've been inside and let me tell you, its nuts the amount of stuff they have.”

“The only reason I gave 4 Stars is when I walked to the desk and spoke to the one of the guys from Geek Squad that came to assist me he didn’t speak and went straight into “How may I help you”? So, I spoke again and he said the same thing. I work with the public every day and I teach the Importance of Good Customer Service to my staff. I’m just happy that another young man came out to help. He had exceptional customer service and he greeted my husband and I with a smile. Other than that, the Geek Squad did a great job. They also nailed riced that my warranty was about to expire and ordered the part I needed so that my phone would work properly.”

CHRIS - was the first Genius Specialist who assisted me, and I cannot speak highly enough of him. He approached my situation with remarkable analytical insight and transparency. Rather than simply providing a standard response, he carefully explained that because my phone displayed only a bright white screen, the underlying issue could not be diagnosed without opening the device. He also acknowledged that proceeding in that manner could result in repair charges that he felt would be unfair, particularly given that my warranty had expired only the day before. What impressed me most was Chris's ability to think critically and strategically. He thoughtfully guided me through the process of escalating my case to Apple Support, demonstrating not only an exceptional understanding of policy, but also genuine empathy and advocacy. His intelligence, professionalism, and kindness were truly extraordinary.
DARELL - continued that exceptional standard of service during the intake process. He expertly assisted with implementing and processing my goodwill exception and ensured that every step moved forward smoothly and efficiently. Daryl was patient, knowledgeable, and highly competent, making a complicated process feel seamless. His calm demeanor and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.
RUDY - went above and beyond in a way that I will never forget. When additional complications arose due to the water damage and questions remained regarding whether a replacement device would require a copay, Rudy still took the initiative to place the order so that my case could continue progressing rather than leaving it stalled. His willingness to take ownership of the situation, advocate on my behalf, and exercise thoughtful judgment demonstrated a level of dedication that far exceeds ordinary customer service expectations.
Finally, NICO - provided what can only be described as exceptional service. She was warm, compassionate, highly knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. Throughout our interaction, Nico displayed genuine care and professionalism that made me feel supported and valued as a customer. Her communication skills, attentiveness, and commitment to ensuring a positive resolution were truly outstanding.
