Purchased a few pairs of shoes online and was charged 12.95 for shipping when I returned one they did not include the shipping in my return and I had to pay to ship them back so just a heads up if you do an online return it will cost you $25

It would be nice if you'd answer the phone so customers could get problems resolved as a result I've taken my business elsewhere.

Store stated they didn’t receive my shipment and tracking says it was delivered. Called customer service and can’t get my call through. This is very upsetting!! Do not but ONLINE ORDERS!!!
