“On black Friday parking was utterly insane... I'm fairly sure it's not usually like that. I was passing through the area and needed a few items that I forgot to pack. They had a great selection of items even though it was late in the day on black Friday. I got my items and headed to the check out... It was quick and painless. I purchased my items and got on the road. One of the items I purchased broke on my first time using it. I would have returned the item in store but I live fairly far from here. I contacted the store looking for my receipt that I had lost so I could contact the manufacturer directly to solve my issue. The customer service people at Bass pro were very quick to look up my name and the item proof of purchase I needed. They emailed me proof of my purchase very quickly and we're eager to help if I needed anything else. Really great customer service!”

“I have had nothing but great experiences at this store over the many years that I've been shopping here. With that said, Tavis somehow went above and beyond all of those experiences this weekend. I felt so awful asking him repeatedly to go hunting for a specific pair of shoes that I wanted but he did it without even an inkling of frustration. When it turned out that they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, he went hunting for it as different stores until they were found. While we waited, we chatted about how much he enjoyed working at Merrell's Outlet Store and how they treated their employees well. He was an absolute pleasure to interact with and I will be looking for him the next time I swing through. Oh yeah...their Jungle Mocs are literally the world's most comfortable shoe and the sales they have on apparel are amazing!”

“Plenty of stylist shoes to choose from. I buy my children's sneakers from here regularly. Try to catch the buy one get one 50 percent off sales they have throughout the year. The only downside is that you can't get the 50 off of a pair of Nikes. I only see sizes go up to 11 in women's shoes.”

“My husband wanted to check out some shoes he could wear while he was skating. We bought the Pride mid/high tops a few weeks ago, but he said they gave him a blister on the back of his legs. He ended up buying the all black Bearcat canvas Vans which look really nice. Because the store was having a buy one pair get the second half off sale, I selected a pair of tie dye slip on shoes. The store was neatly organized and has a good selection to choose from. Not only did they have shoes available but they sold backpacks and clothing.”

“11.28.22 This location has been remodeled and the layout and redesign is great. I stopped in yesterday for the extended Black Friday sale where everything in the store was 50% off. Unfortunately, the few jackets I tried on didn't look flattering on me, but there were a lot of stylish apparel. Always a fun place to stop in to shop.”

“It can be kind of difficult to get someone over to the dressing rooms to get a room unlocked, but they seemed to be short staffed just like everyone else. It does take a little while to get through the checkout lane because of staffing issues, but the prices are worth the wait in my opinion. I frequently shop Nike & this is one of my favorite stores.”
“Cole Haan is good. I've at least 5 pairs of their shoes. I used to come here twice a month, and studied their price and promotions. Quality is nice and solid. Even with the promotion, each pair is still pricy. But I think is worth it.”

“I called the store to find a pair of purple and white Jordan 1’s for my wife. A young lady by the name of Olivia answered and was extremely helpful. Even though that store did not have the shoe, Olivia went out of her way to go and see if her store had them in stock( keep in mind the website said that store had them). I called 2 of Finish line’s competitor stores and was put on hold, hung up on and one didn’t even answer. Finish Line answered right away. Olivia was extremely professional and actually made me feel good even though her store did not have the shoe, I decided to order it online. Y’all need more employees like her.”
