“Jacob is awesome and amazing. He took the time to ensure that I had the pair of shoes that I wanted. When we entered the store we were greeted by his warm smile and voice. I did not initially have a great experience with Alex, Assistant Manager, but thanks to Jacob, I walked out with a smile. I will visit Cole Haan again due to his exceptional customer service.”
“We walked the mall with 17 family members after eating out at Chevy's Mexican Restaurant. We really enjoyed Bass Pro Shops. We had age ranges from infant to Senior Citizens and we all enjoyed our time here. There is so much to see here. There are unique food items like Wild Boar meat sticks. We also got a fabulous pool noodle - very unexpected. There are so many really cool things to look at and to buy.”
“Thank you to the customer support team and especially the lady (I think her name was Cheryl) at the Merrell at Arundel Mills Mall in Maryland. In this day and age it is rare to see such excellent customer service. They guided us in the right direction. And we were not good customers, we can back and exchanged one pair and then finally returned both pairs that we bought. But we did buy from the online Merrell site based on their guidance.”
“We were those customers that came in 10 minutes before close... even with that being said, employees were super helpful with finding the shoe we wanted along with still giving us top service during check out process, asking if there was anything else we were looking for even right before closing, not many stores (including ones I've worked at. lol) that don't lose service during the last 10 minutes. “One of the better Van's stores I've been too. Store was very clean and organized, music wasn't too loud, and I was approached and helped by multiple employees who all gave no pressure while still helping me find shoes in my size. Everyone interacted with also felt personable, making me feel more comfortable when browsing the different sections of the store. Ended up buying two pairs of a shoes on a visit I only intended to browse on!”
“Skechers customer service at Arundel Mills is fantastic. I had to return some shoes that I had gotten online that didn't fit, the manager was very understanding, tried to help me find shoes that would be narrow enough, but my narrow foot is just too narrow for most Skechers shoes. I have previously purchased shoes from the Bob's line of Skechers, they used to be a little more narrow, and I'll try Skechers shoes where people that complain they are too narrow that seem to fit me great, but I didn't have any luck. I still left feeling good because the customer service was so good.”

“Visited the store last week. Ava and Neil were working. I couldn't find the shoes my son loves and they were quick to help. I explained that my son is autistic and has been wearing this same style of shoe for the last 5 plus years. They explained that the style was set on clearance and after they even went in the back to check, they didnt have them. They went online to see if there were any and wrote down the exact name of the shoe. They then also gave recommendations on other styles that might work. But my biggest praise to them is when they offered to have my son come in. I explained that he can be quite difficult for trying anything on, especially something new and different. With him now being 10 and quite tall, his behaviors can be a bit much sometimes. Both Ava and Neil offered incredible empathy and said they were both happy to have him come in for as long as it took to find the right pair. I felt their sincerity and it was such a kind gesture. I have yet to take him in but I know when I do, they will be patient and understanding. Thank you Ava and Neil. Your kindness means the world to me.”

“I called the store to find a pair of purple and white Jordan 1’s for my wife. A young lady by the name of Olivia answered and was extremely helpful. Even though that store did not have the shoe, Olivia went out of her way to go and see if her store had them in stock( keep in mind the website said that store had them). I called 2 of Finish line’s competitor stores and was put on hold, hung up on and one didn’t even answer. Finish Line answered right away. Olivia was extremely professional and actually made me feel good even though her store did not have the shoe, I decided to order it online. Y’all need more employees like her.”
“Today I had a truly pleasant experience at the Arundel Mills store. Compared to previous visits, the service has improved significantly. Isabella provided exceptional customer service — she was highly professional, incredibly sweet, and took the time to help me create my outfit with care and attention to detail. Her kindness and patience really made a difference.
I’d also like to recognize Andy, who together with Isabella make an excellent team. They both bring great energy and make the store feel welcoming and enjoyable.
While I believe the store could benefit from a warmer atmosphere — perhaps some music or details that match the great staff they have — the customer service truly stands out.

“What a great place for real, true sneaker heads! Anytime I’m in town (usually once or twice a quarter, as I’m in New York) I always prioritize to hop off 95/295 and stop in to Sold Out. Last two visits, I’ve purchased over $700 in kicks.
Great staff, welcoming atmosphere and no hassle shopping experience. If you really have an “eagle eye”, you will find a “steal” or “jewel” in your size.
They were awesome this past ‘Black Friday’, and I was definitely one of the early birds who caught a couple worms! Just showing one!”
