I had to return some shoes that I had gotten online that didn't fit, the manager was very understanding, tried to help me find shoes that would be narrow enough, but my narrow foot is just too narrow for most Skechers shoes. I have previously purchased shoes from the Bob's line of Skechers, they used to be a little more narrow, and I'll try Skechers shoes where people that complain they are too narrow that seem to fit me great, but I didn't have any luck. I still left feeling good because the customer service was so good.”
