“The suite itself could use a facelift/modernization, but the staff's attitude, professionalism & help is absolutely superb! Makes you question the phrase origins of "going postal". The gentleman helping me was well spoken, versed and knowledgeable of the whats and hows and even with what he didn't know off the top of his head, he didn't hesitate to go above and beyond to find the answers that I was seeking. And doing it all with smile too. I was genuinely pleased with the service received and would refer this branch to anyone who is in need of post office or staff who will do whatever they can to help you accomplish your mailing needs.”

“Best location to drop off packages and handle all mailing priorities. Friendly staff that doesn't give you issues. Stay away from the post office on Oak Rd.”

“Very very nice and friendly all staff !The staff was good at explaining the passport. They took care of my family's work from the beginning to the end with laughter. An old white man and a young black woman employee. It was the best post office I've ever been to.”

“Close this post office already, because whether they will be open the hours that are stated is anybody’s guess. This is the only post that I have ever been to, that is not open during their normal business hours. It’s nothing more frustrating than planning your day that includes a trip to this post office and it is closed, especially if you rely on mobility bus services for transportation. If you call customer service for their hours of operation they will tell you that they should be open. A kiosk would be better than this, there’s never a sign posted explaining the situation. Why do this happens only at this post office? I understand that some situations can’t be avoided, but this is a continuous problem.Update: They have definitely improved on being opened at the times that are posted, which makes things a lot better. The customer service has always been good, employees are pleasant and helpful. I just hope that they continue being opened during their business hours.”

“I've been here several times and find it less crowded than other locations. The materials and hand sanitizer are on the counters and help is available if requested.”

“Excellent service, knowledgeable, and a wonderful small hometown post office. Too bad self entitled people have to use their services as well and leave bad reviews on Google.”

“I absolutely hate this post office. You can never reach anyone by phone and they are so nasty in person. However, I'd love to talk to a manager because my mail lady needs some serious recognition for her honesty and great attitude! She is always friendly and happy even in extreme weather. What she did today, made me realize there are still good honest hardworking people in this world. I'm not sure if any companies, especially the postal service, care about these types of things but if so please respond to this review so I can give my feedback”

“This morning was the best post office experience I've had in probably years. I showed up when they opened at 9am expecting a line but I was the only one. The woman behind the counter was super helpful and friendly and got me out of there in a matter of a few minutes.”

“Had a mis-delivered package. Over a few days, Ms. Kelly personally tracked it down and made sure it arrived at my place securely. She was nice, professional, helpful and kept me updated throughout. You don’t see this kind of service often :)”

“It's a beautiful building however, there is a secondary entrance into The Post Office apparently... I was unaware of this, & stumbled into some standup security doing a spectacular job of deterring people with food as there is a NO FOOD POLICY in The Main Entrance!”

“I've used this post office before. It's convenient, easy to get to and has plenty of parking. The postal associate was great; knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and customer focused. The cost of shipping matched the on line postal calculator. Good experience. Five stars all day long!”

“Ms. Jinks (spelling?) was incredibly helpful this February when my mother and I were attempting to track down a lost package. She went above and beyond to locate the package and personally deliver it to me when I came to this location. Thank you!”

“You're probably thinking four out of five star post office this has got to be great. No this is comparing post offices to post offices. If you're going into a post office you know you're going to get long lines and bored civil servants just trying to fill out their 20 years to get their pension. So the post office is pretty much a post office. The one star was taken off for the weird parking.”

“As a long time resident, this Post Office is consistently one of the best in Baltimore. They are often understaffed and thus have many temps, but the regular personnel are caring & hardworking. The most common thing among the staff I have known is that they often get promoted to new positions elsewhere. I recently had 2 pkgs mis-delivered by a temp, but my regular carrier & his supervisor tracked them both down from a random house in the neighborhood in less than 30min. That is how knowledgeable and dedicated they are!”

“This location is always super helpful and very nice. I see customers just being rude and nasty which solves no problem at all, but they never return that same negative energy. Postal is a very important and serious job. I appreciate them at Loudon Avenue.”

“We had were blessed with amazing support and service from Tammy, who took us in after a horrible experience being cancelled at Pikesville for our passport appointment. Tammy was working alone with a full line of customers. She kept everyone in good spirits and move quickly and efficiently. We are so grateful to everyone who waited patiently for us to complete our application.Pikesville post office Olivia cancelled us 30 minutes ahead of our appointment. We arrived on time, hadn’t heard the voicemail. There were 4 people in line and 2 postal workers. And she sent us to security where they have walk in passports service. They do this regularly as we have been finding out. The people at security should not have to pick up slack for the laziness of the Pikesville postal workers. Unacceptable!!”

“I’m so grateful to the workers here. They helped us find missing mail. My aunt had went to this location and asked them to help look for it. And they found it. Very sweet people who helped us!”

“So far so good. It's a busy location, but handled in stride, as long as you're tad-bit patient, it isn't too bad. At times there's need for coaxing and compromise. Best best, arrive outside peak rush hours and the place yours!”

“Just got my two children passports at this location and it was incredibly smooth and the staff was wonderful and accommodating.Tips for making it smooth:-come with your application complete-bring cash to cover the costs.-bring original and copies of documents”

“Nice staff. When there's only one or two employees that are there all the time helping all the customers in timely manner. The government needs to hire more people who actually want to work and appreciate those that are loyal. I never have any problems when I go there I understand the short staff issues.”

“Not sure about the postmaster as other people have noted, but the clerk (C3, 28 Oct, 12:06PM) I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful and helped me return some items with the Label Broker after the self service machine was unable to help. Incredibly friendly staff that is accommodating and empathetic!”

“Have only had to stop by the physical location a few times, but has always been a quick experience and staff were courteous. Mail delivery to my home has always been good and staff delivering mail have always been nice. No complaints here and hope others consider leaving positive reviews in addition to negative ones.”

“I recently faced multiple issues, including a month-long delay in receiving my mail. However, I must commend Keisha for her outstanding customer service. Despite the challenges, she went above and beyond, demonstrating unwavering dedication and doing her best to resolve the issues. Her assistance deserves a 5-star rating, as she made a significant positive impact during a challenging time.”

“The employees are kind, professional, and they do a lot for customers. I think they might be understaffed/overworked really bad. This takes away from the quality of their work. They lose packages a lot, and it takes "months" and a lot of phone calls to track down the lost packages. To be honest, I feel bad for them because they are really polite and curteous, it's the "quality" of work that is poor, most likely due to understaffing. :-(”

“Today, I had a great time at the post office thanks to Lauren. She was always smiling and very helpful, which made me feel much better after a not-so-nice encounter with another staff member who rudely declined my request for a pen (and that's why I took a star away from my review). I hope all the staff at the post office could be as friendly as Lauren!”

“I have been here a few times to mail packages or drop off letters. Each time, the post master has been very helpful and quick to get me in and out. I can't imagine their job is an easy one.”

“Contrary to the very rude customers writing vicious comments here about the food employees at the Enchanted Forest Post Office, I love the employees there! I live a mile away, and I have been a customer for at least twenty years. I have always found the employees to be polite, kind, friendly and professional. They work hard for the money. As David Byrne of Talking Heads sang in "Psycho Killer, Qu'est-ce que c'est?", I hate people when they're not polite!" As The Beatles sang, (I think it was on the Abbey Road album,) "... And in the end, the love you take, is equal to the love you make."”

“Donald is our regular carrier. Thank you for always being on time, your honest, your respectful, none of the mail goes missing, and we love you and appreciate you. The days you aren't here, we know. Integrity is what you do when no one is looking, and he's got it.”

“My recent visits to the Fells Point USPS have been nothing short of exceptional. The staff was not only efficient but also friendly, turning an otherwise routine task into a pleasant experience. Thank you all, and keep up the great work!”
