“Stopped by the Bass Pro in Maryland today
Plenty of fishing gear and outdoor stuff to choose from. The staff was friendly, but it did take a little while to get someone’s attention. Overall, it was a good visit, and I’ll be back when I need more gear.”

“I hadn’t been to this store in so many years and it was so much fun going in an exploring everything. The store is MASSIVE and has pretty much everything you could possibly need for any outdoor activity. Boats, grills, camping, fishing, sporting goods, pet items, clothing, snacks, housewares and a ton of clothing/accessories.
You can easily spend an hour or two just browsing all the sections of things. The prices are very reasonable so that’s a plus.
Being that it’s almost Christmas time, they have a whole Christmas area setup with photo ops with Santa! There’s even a mailbox to drop off letters to Santa as well! ???”

“I came to this Lids to get some customization done with a good couple of hats needing to be customized. It was about an hour before closing and was hoping to get all of the hats customized if I could that day. The Regional Manager Courtney Eldridge went above and beyond and made sure I got taken care of. Awesome! Thank you!”
“Visited the store last week. Ava and Neil were working. I couldn't find the shoes my son loves and they were quick to help. I explained that my son is autistic and has been wearing this same style of shoe for the last 5 plus years. They explained that the style was set on clearance and after they even went in the back to check, they didnt have them. They went online to see if there were any and wrote down the exact name of the shoe. They then also gave recommendations on other styles that might work. But my biggest praise to them is when they offered to have my son come in. I explained that he can be quite difficult for trying anything on, especially something new and different. With him now being 10 and quite tall, his behaviors can be a bit much sometimes. Both Ava and Neil offered incredible empathy and said they were both happy to have him come in for as long as it took to find the right pair. I felt their sincerity and it was such a kind gesture. I have yet to take him in but I know when I do, they will be patient and understanding. Thank you Ava and Neil. Your kindness means the world to me.”
