The new pharmacist, Alaaeldin is an elite pharmacist. He cares about the patients and goes out of his way to ensure you are being taken care of and getting the most of your insurance plans. I was a little concerned with switching to CVS because of the negative reviews here, but this man has completely turned the place around!

The service at Havre de Grace used to be awful, and I mean horrible!But ever since "Ali" - The Pharmacist, took over, its gotten so much better. He is professional, punctual, and very easy to work with. He cares! and always makes it right.It reflects in the staff , Jason helped me today and his positive , helpful attitude and good customer service made such an impact on me. I'm loyal to CVS and this location because of ALI - the pharmacist . Keep up the good work .

We picked up 2 prescriptions from here yesterday. I can't commend the pharmacy staff enough. The cashier was helping a few customers at the same time. The pharmacist was working at lighting speed. We only had to wait a few minutes. The cashier up front was not professional and avoided me. When I finally got her attention she told me I could ring myself up.

This is the most unfriendly and has the most unwilling personnel. I was out of my diabetic sensors for a week because I was constantly told it was out of stock. When I spoke to the pharmacist to see if there were other pharmacies in the area that had it, he walked over and pulled it off the shelf. Also, no matter what time I put in for my refill, or what time my doctor calls in my prescriptions, I ALWAYS have to wait. Let's not forget they never answer the phone..... Go to Rite Aid across the street. I have had nothing but great experiences there.

I am done with CVS entirely. Everytime I get a prescription sent there something goes wrong. This time I stopped by after my eye apt to pick up my prescription, they tell me an hour and a half. I get home, which is 5 mins away, and I get a phone call from the automated system telling me it will be ready at 7:45pm when the pharmacy closes at 8pm. So I get there right before they close and they tell me they are out of stock of that product and I should come back tomorrow around the same time. ? Why do I have to jump through these hoops just for my prescription.

Zero stars if I could. Waited on the phone for over an hour to speak to a pharmacist. No one ever answered. So I took myself and my 2 sick kids out to see what was going on with my prescription to only wait 30 minutes in line(myself and one person behind me)without screaming for someone in the back to come help me. Of course I left without my medication and told them to transfer it to Aberdeen in which the Aberdeen location had it ready for me from the time I called to make sure it was transferred to the time I got to Aberdeen. All within 15 minutes. The pharmacist at Havre de Grace was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in the pharmaceutical field on April 2nd around 4pm.

How bad is CVS in Havre de Grace? Is there a NO star option?!! Sit back and cop a squat because here we gooooo: I'm moving all of my prescriptions. I will pay the little extra since Weis isn't in the preferred network. The register employees are worn out and exhausted. The upper level staff is incompetent, ESPECIALLY the actual pharmacists. There is a total lack of compassion, care , concern but yet they like to pretend they're "part of [your] health care team." Everyone I have personally dealt with is snarky & nasty and make one feel as if they are an imposition. This hasn't just happened to me, but the 5 members of my family and many of my friends. If truth be told, Aetna buying them has only made it worse and having Silverscript, owned by Aetna, makes everything even worse. Fire the regional because they obviously don't give a good dang, fire the entire staff, close the doors, THEN hire and PROPERLY train employees, including pharmacists who have more skill than counting pills. If you can't, just shut it down for good so we can have a Walgreen's move in. At least they make their patients and pharmacy a priority.

If I could give no stars I would! Terrible. No one answers phones and the wait time is ridiculous. I had an appointment to get a vaccine but ten minutes after my appointment I was informed it wasn’t ready and was never “thawed”. I would then need to wait another hour for it to thaw. I then went across the street to Rite Aid and had great service!

This place is a mess! The pharmacy always manages to screw things up. I’m sure they’re understaffed and they should pay their employees better, but I resent having to suffer for CVS’s shortcomings.

This place is the absolute WORST. They never answer the phone!! The pharmacist is rude! And you have to come inside cause they close the drive thru!! Customer service is behind a disgrace

Worstttt pharmacy in the freaking state and has been for soooo long. On hold 30min got hung up on, On hold another 30 finally got answered, told hold on let me check how long til your prescription is filled, on hold another 30min, told i could pick it up anytime before 8. Left my house inmediateky got there within ten min was told they can’t fill my prescription because it’s in progress in aberdeen. told them no, aberdeen said they have no clue when they’d be able to fill it that havre de grace as it in stock and my doctor called it in to havre de grace and had aberdeen transfer it. they said no we don’t transfer that medication, i said that makes no sense I literally just got off the phone with THIS location, she said well do you want me to call over aberdeen see if they have it for you, I say sure, she called aberdeen, who tells her it was sent over to them, then has the pharmacist fill it while I’m there.
