Mary was very helpful to me, today. I had questions about one of my policies and she answered all of them. Her expertise shone through. Through the phone conversation, other questions came up based on new information she was giving me. She addressed all of those questions as well.
From Mary, I learned much about what State Farm does for its customers caught up in natural disasters. I was amazed! I had no idea what lengths they go to in order to serve victims suffering loss and probably emotional shock also.
After we talked, I felt better about facing, for example the flooding of my home. She gave me advice on things I can do to prepare for something that could be hit or miss.
After speaking with Mary, I know that I can face the unthinkable. This removed a lot of stress.
