So professional....an expert as a jeweler for sure. I brought in my wife's platinum band missing the .53 carat Pear Shaped Diamond (fell out in NYC almost 15 years ago) and he was able to help me find a beautiful 1.02 carat Pear Shaped and was able to create the most beautiful setting for the GIA stone! “Over the past 2 years, I have had 2 rings damaged --- one because an allergic reaction made my hand swell and the ring had to be cut off, the other was my wedding ring with pressure mounted diamond baguettes. Somehow I cracked the gold band. Both rings were declared irreparable by other local jewelers. But Ellicott Jewelers said "No problem". Their on-site jeweler did an amazing job. Both rings were returned to me looking brand new. The charge for repair was reasonable. The customer service is excellent.”
