“The service I received on Saturday, August 19th, 2023 was outstanding. I was travelling and needed a watch battery replaced and the gentleman at the counter did the work while I waited. Most watch/jewelry retail establishments will tell you to leave it and return later-it ceratinly was a pleasant experience to find a jeweler who still takes customer service seriously! I will definitely look to Edward Arthur at Columbia mall for future business , whether sales or service. Thank you.”

“I'm an avid watch collector and I was interested in the Bulova Lunar Pilot watch, and came across MJs (I personally know Monica and Akbar) their store and noticed they had a huge selection of Bulova watches including the Lunar Pilot 43.5mm 'Snoopy' colorway special edition gift box set. I just came back from Macy's around the corner and they only took preorder and no sales. MJ had the exact model I was looking for and LAYLA came over to assist me. She was friendly, informative, and her personal customer care is the blueprint standard of service industry salesman. She told me MJ are actually authorized dealers for Bulova and they can offer discounts at a very competitive rate. I thought it was a sale pitch, all of the sudden pulls out a calculator, she can do me better at "this price, out the door" [Not going to reveal their business deal in this review as common courtesy]. She knew I was serious buyer and I didn't even have to negotiate she gave me a way too good of an offer to pass up, it was straight business. She threw in Bulova sunglasses and promotional Bulova desk clock. The original packaging was damaged so she was swapping boxes but accidentally placed the display box in my bag, so when I got home, I realized it was an honest hiccup, I called the store Cory apologized and told me he can ship or I can pick up. The customer service was so great, I told him I'll pick it up myself to personally thank you all. While I was driving, Layla heard the news and left a detailed voicemail of an apology over the simple mistake as well. When it comes to Bulova, I'm definitely coming back to MJs.”

“Just took my mother to have her watch band fixed. They were a quiet sort, but to the point and had watch fixed in 20 min. Turns out the band was a little tight...so after trying on he told us to come back in 15 min and he would add another link. Done and happy!!I was hesitant after reading a fee reviews but happy with our visit.”

“So I found myself with some time on my hands while the wife was at yoga so I decided to go ring shopping in Columbia mall. To my surprise they had a Zales in there so I was blessed to be able to get all the rings from the same company. Upon walking in the store I was greeted by a lovely assistant store manager Katy. She was great in helping me first figure out my ring size & then educating me on the importance of how I want my ring to fit. Unfortunately I was too indecisive to figure out exactly which ring I wanted so I didn't get to give her the sale but once I do I'll be back to make sure Katy gets that credit. Not sure who y'all prefer to go to for yall jewelry but all of my experiences with Zales have been outstanding & earned my seal of approval”
