“AUB has served our business accounts very well over the past five years - first as Access National, now as Atlantic Union. Staff has been excellent and knowledgable, while being certain that all of our business needs are met. And they know who we are, too. Not all banks are created equal. I like their culture. Highly recommend.”

“Staying in National Harbor and believe it or not only place close by to do laundry. 11.00 Uber here came on a Sunday so obviously busy but the lady at the counter was super nice and friendly. Standard Laundrymat with plenty of options. Glad you can buy single use pods as I travel for work and don't want to be carrying around detergent. 3.00 for a wash looks like it can fit a good amount and only 23mins! So 5.00 total I went with two pods I'm that kind of guy. Give this place a try if ur in need of a quick efficient wash. You can also drop off cloths and it will be ready in a couple of hours”

“AFL-CIO Employees Federal Credit Union sits on the corner of New Jersey AVE and F St NW in the AFT building. It is a convenient location for all those that are part of a labor union and/or work for a labor union. At first I thought that this was nothing more than an ATM location. But after being around for a bit, and talking with a lot of coworkers, I came to realize that this was a functioning location with a counter complete with tellers. I came here to open up a new account and I find myself leaning more towards credit unions than banks. To note, I had started the application process online to open and account and never heard back from anyone at the credit union for months. I ended up coming into the branch and talking with the staff member responsible with opening accounts. I explained that I had applied to open an account online and that there was no movement. I guess it was a misstep on their behalf. I then asked if I could have hard copies of the application and I would get it filled out and return later that day. Luckily for me, the application process with hard copies was much easier to complete than it was online. Just be aware of the forms you are giving, they tried to slip in an application to apply for a loan for me. Within less than two hours I had my forms complete and I was heading back to this location to hand them in. All I had to do was wait for the forms to be processed by the staff member and then I would hear back from them. True to her word, I had an email shortly thereafter that my account was created and that I would received my checks and card within 7-10 business days. Here is where I thought I was being fooled with. After that email, I did receive an email with my account information. However, when I went to the website to enter this information to confirm and setup my account online, I kept getting denied access. At that point I called the customer service number to figure out what was going on. The lady that helped me via this route was super nice and figured out that they did not give me the complete account number, it was missing a single digit. After that was cleared up, my online account (and mobile account for that fact) were setup. The ten days I was supposed to get my checks and card had come and gone. I called the number for the staff member that initially helped me and had no luck when it came to making contact. At that point, I decided to drop into the branch again. Talked with the staff member and found out that a request for checks and my card was never completed and sent. Once that was cleared up I finally received me card and checks and was able to finally use this account for the reason I set it up.”

“I stopped by this location one rainy afternoon. Was on a time constraint and really needed to get a document notarized and mailed out immediately. Wells Fargo is not my personal banking center, however my bank had previously given me trouble and this Wells Fargo location is very close to my house. While the wait is very long for a Friday afternoon, the customer associate representative was able to help me fill out my documents and notarized it in a very promptly manner. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to pay a fee to get my document notarized (especially since my bank charges for the service.) The staff were very professional and supportive and I was able to get what I needed done. I would come back in the future for the great customer service and wide range of services they provide.”

“So thankful to have a service station right up the street from where I live. They were able to fix my flat tire and get me going in the time it took me to get a coffee a few doors down. And everyone was nice. I wouldn't mind returning for regular service. If gas prices weren't so steep, I'd go there all the time.”

“You have to swipe your card to gain access to the ATM. I was a little confused at first but upon seeing someone else do it properly I was able to get access to use the ATM. Very secure.”

“I have been with PNC Bank since 2016. I joined this bank because of bad customer service from Wells Fargo Bank,Bank of America, and BB&T Banks. I have not had any problems with them or their ATM'S. I am enjoying Upper Marlboro, MD. So far, everyone has been great in customer service, even Military Bases.Wells Fargo compromised my account 3 times in 3 months in a row. Bank of America and BB&T treated me with bad customer service and as if I was the next potential bank robber and Racial Profiling. So far, PNC is the best bank in my opinion.I would recommend this bank to family and friends.”
