“I came to the NFCU on Feb 6, 2024. Deposited a tax refund check and experienced a small set back with the image reading through the ATM. The next day I noticed the check was not pending. I called NFCU spoke with several associates and was told that a check had to be reissued. However when I went into the branch and spoke with Ms. Terri Kipp (branch leader). She went above and beyond to make sure I did not have to wait another 7 to 10 business days to receive my funds. I hope management knows she is a real asset to the company.”

They also have a nice mobile app to pull all information needed from payments, to claims, to documents. The best part is their prices are cheaper than other agencies I've seen. They also do free roadside assistance which has come in handy a couple times. I highly suggest them if you are looking for a new company.”
