“Nice community. Management provides good customer service. Maintenance handles service calls promptly. Only issue is my neighbors above me. The noise disruption from the neighbors above me is terrible and making me seriously considering moving. I’ve complained too many times for no change. Oh and the pool is a baby pool. Too small to do anything.”
“Briarcliff Apartments East is a great apartment complex. It is very well managed, meaning the mgmt office is responsive, the maintenance is top-notch, and the grounds are well-kept. I also really like that it has concrete block construction, so it is much quieter than most apartments and is also fire-resistant. Oh, and my apartment itself is very clean and comfortable.”

“Theres everything you need all in one area. Sit down restaurants, quick food pick up. Boba Teas, pharmacy, salon. The public library and public transportation is here. Housing and a nice new hotel with a venue. Parking garages with security guards and cameras. Right up the hill is the movie theater and just a few steps away is a Costco, Giant grocery store. More places to eat, Sephora a gas station. Nice area with grass and trees around. Looks like living in the country with the convenience of city living. I highly recommend this area!”

“John aka “jack” is the best maintenance man we’ve had!! He is always so friendly and especially gentle and friendly with my dog which is very important seeing she is skeptical of most men and he comes and goes to fix things in our home. I recommend Topfield for anyone who is interested in living in a quiet apartment complex close to nature. Very dog friendly. Ps chanteria is also really great!!”

“I had the opportunity to tour 2 very well maintained, and very clean apartments (1 in each building). I really love the idea of tenants having a key fob, for security to enter the building. I also liked that the laundry areas were clean, but I think that it could be a little bigger given the amount of tenants in the building. The employees in the leasing office were very busy, but helpful. I also like the amount of space that the apartments have to offer. The only downside to Wellesley House for me is, there should be more renovations to the kitchens and bathrooms.”

After meeting Ms Wilson, apartment shopping just got harder. Her professionalism and attention to detail have made a significant impact on my apartment hunting experience.
I may have found my new home at Marion Square, a decision that was influenced by Ms. Wilson's approach. The positive experience I've had at Marion Square has made me reconsider my decision. I usually don't post on these websites for personal reasons, but I decided it was only right I give credit where credit is due.”

“I left a review for Henderson-Webb because across all their properties, I was experiencing a lot of miscommunication and some frustration. However, there is a woman at the front desk of Cranbrook Apartments who is very kind, even though I know I’m not the easiest person to deal with. I ask a million questions, and if I don’t understand, I’ll ask a million more.
Whenever I’ve spoken with the woman who was working today—August 4th, and I believe she was working alone—she has never let me down. She always gives me direct answers, tells me exactly where to go, and explains how to get things done.
One day, I came in very upset. I don’t remember why, and I’m not sure how I came across, but it wasn’t a tone I’d want someone to take with me. She recognized that I was upset and shared a bit about her daughter’s condition, explaining how she relates to mine. I’m terrible with names, so I wish I knew hers. All I know is that she has brown hair, is Caucasian, has a daughter, and a boyfriend who is a contractor.
She is a very nice woman, a very hard worker, and the fact that she puts up with me in a situation where I don’t understand everything going on I consider her to be incredibly kind person or at the very least incredibly tolerant”

“When we first moved in August 2023, there were wasps in our home every day about 8-10 of them at a time flying around in our kitchen. I’m still not sure where they were coming from, but the situation was handled a few weeks after we reported it. We haven’t decided to renew our lease because of that, but community is quiet and parking is limited so you might be parking father from your house if you come home late at night. Staff is welcoming.”

Living here has been great.
With any place there have been problems but they have been resolved.
This is really all due to the property manager Nikki and Maintenance Manager Donte. They keep things running smoothly and it makes living here very very comfortable.”
