“I've had to come here several times in the past two months to deal with things in person because I couldn't figure out how to do them online. (Turns out, some things can't be done online.) So I was feeling a little intimidated because of that but the two gentlemen I dealt with were helpful and didn't make me feel bad about not being able to figure it out. The first time I came in, it was about 10 minutes until they were supposed to close. The guy who helped me took me to his office where he patiently answered my questions and helped solve my problems. An African American man that was at the front desk helped me and my daughter on another occasion and then helped my spouse just yesterday. Their website is clear and fairly easy to access (except those things that can't be done online). Most of all, they were professional and accessible.”

“I had to close an account belonging to my dad due to his passing from COVID-19. I read reviews and they were pretty bad. I was pretty skeptical but gave them a chance. Well long story short, the customer service was exemplary. The guard at the door was very professional and friendly and the personal banker, Janae, was the best. She was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. Kudos to the group at this branch.”

“I was trying to make a transfer between WF account to my other BANK....for 6 days ...no one could help me and they all took my information.While I was driving to the store, I came across Wells Fargo at 989 Fairmount Ave Towson Location, and I was ready to CLOSE my account but a gentleman by the name JOHN CONNOR approached me and saw my frustration and offered me his help, it took him 5 MIN to help me and I finally transferred money between WF and my other Bank online!!!!
