“Today I was on the phone with about 4 different Verizon representatives trying to navigate a few changes to our family plan and figuring out how to upgrade some phones on our plan. We were afraid to go in-store because it's Black Friday, and we assumed it would be packed with long queue time, but with the complications of the phone calls, we decided we would face the wait times and crowds.
Upon our arrival, we were /immediately/ greeted and helped, and we were out of the store within 15 minutes with brand new phones in hand, family plan updated, and reassurance of the services within our plan. Will helped us at the store and was incredibly knowledgable, made us feel reassured with the plan we had in place, and knew exactly how to help us. He answered all of the questions we had, was able to talk us through the price changes in our plan, and was incredibly kind throughout the entire process. Thank you, Will, for your help--would recommend this location to anyone!”

“We had our old numbers from Walmart mobile ported over to T- Mobile, which proved to be somewhat difficult because of Walmart mobile. It caused some issues with how long it took to port over, 5+ days, and then issues with the smart watch syncing. Needless to say, we've had to come back to the store a few times. Every time we have come to the Dunkirk. MD location, they have been wonderful and patient. They do everything they can to get our issue fixed before we leave there. We tried to get help at the Prince Frederick, MD location, since we were in the area one day, but they just told us to call customer service and made no effort to help. I recommend going to the Dunkirk, MD location always. They have always put in the most effort to make sure everything was working before we left the store. Love that place!”

“I've got to admit this is got to be one of the better 7-Elevens that I've ever been in first off it's actually clean in the restroom is clean the grill part in their food part actually looks like they rotate the stock and it's not stuff left over when Eisenhower was president they seem to have plenty of help for the counter so you're not stuck in these long lines with one cashier open waiting the speed out with your coffee speaking of coffee they always seem to have a fresh pot on in the creamers and such always seem to be well stock kudos to this place they do it right”
“Overall this is a nice convenient location. I have bought lunch here several times. It's always pretty easy to get in and out. They usually have a good stock of hot food.”
“One question I didn't post was what happened to the breakfast bite sausages? They were out for about 3 weeks. The Italian's are good but not for breakfast. Can they put out syrup for the breakfast bites when they come back in? That makes them really good, not good for me but that's okay once or twice a week.”

“This 7-Eleven location is well stocked on most items, and very clean. There are lots of Slurpee/Soda/Coffee machines as well.
My only complaint is how this location does not have a restroom.”
