“Bought a Winchester safe online and had Chris and Jacob I think his name was help me load up the truck picked up some food for my dog while I was here. But I'm real thankful for Chris's and Jacob help and professionalism. They even helped me with giving me some loose cardboard to use.”

“Exceptional Service and Style Guidance at Dunkirk Marshalls! I had an absolutely fantastic shopping experience at this Marshalls (10135 Ward Road)! While the store is always well-organized and stocked with great finds, what truly set this visit apart was the incredible staff. I want to give a huge shout-out to Hartifa and the store manager, Wanda. They went above and beyond to make my shopping trip productive and fun. Instead of just pointing me toward an aisle, they were both so engaging—offering creative ideas and helpful suggestions that actually made my final selections much better. It is rare to find retail leadership and staff who take such a genuine interest in helping customers find exactly what they need. If you’re looking for a friendly environment and a team that genuinely cares about your experience, this is the spot. Wanda and Hartifa are total rockstars!”

“I've been to this shop on several occasions now and I always have a great experience - mostly because I walk out with a bag full of items! The inventory is always changing and I've found some really nice pieces. Highly recommend!”

“The general manager was extremely helpful today with my not so excited son when we were getting him new shoes. It turned what could have been a very difficult situation into a great one for him. Can't thank her enough for all her help today.”
