“I will keep this short and simple to get across why I gave this management group, but more specifically Brittany Casey five stars. I toured a 1BD/1BR unit on a Thursday I believe. I left the tour feeling like I found the right place to call home for the foreseeable future. after the crazy Day After Tomorrow storm we we all victims of hit, Ms. Casey went above and beyond to not only get me in my unit promptly, but also advocating for me to keep my concession ( rent promo) that, because of the storm, could have been forfeited. She, as I am writing this review, is working before the leasing office opens! working on finalizing the small details to have ready for me once I arrive this afternoon.
Its not often that people do more than what is required by their job title. However, Ms. Casey not only did more than she had to, she also kept a very personable and professional demeanor about herself through it all.”

“The amenities are nice; a wonderful view from the rooftop swimming pool! The staff are affable and clear on what to do when help is needed. Plus, maintenance gives status updates on any repairs via email to all roommates so you’re not confused as to why they’re knocking on your door. All in all, Vie is great, and your stay here will be worthwhile all year round!”

“The complex is very quiet most times. You can have pets, which is amazing! And all service calls are handled quickly. There are no bugs or pests in my building. There is ample parking. Best part is it is away from busy roads. There is also a pool which is very nice! I feel very safe and comfy here. Also, when I put in service requests they are handled quickly, by professionals, and the work is of good quality.”

“The property manager, Patrick, is incredible. He really goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for the residents. The apartments are really nice, and the location is close to a metro. If there’s any maintenance issue, Patrick and his team take care of it literally within hours. Highly recommend this apartment complex!”

Miss Ariana the leasing specialist is so Amazing, she has great customer service skills she's always so helpful and Always have a smile on her face when you walk in the office, and whenever I have to put in a work order she makes sure they come that same day! So if you're looking to move here I definitely guarantee that you will love it,the apartments are very spacious and nice,so run on over to Summer Ridge Apts and ask for Miss Ariana!”

“I have been living at Mosaic for about two weeks now and my experience has been great. I first visited the property in July and toured a unit with Danielle. She was thorough, allowed me to take my time during the tour and answered all of my questions.
The application process was simple and straightforward and I received an approval pretty fast. Prior to move-in, a comprehensive checklist was provided, making the process easy.
All of the ladies in the leasing office were very nice and accommodating to any needs I had on move in day. Again, very thorough and I barely had any questions or concerns that needed to be addressed afterwards. The unit has exceeded my expectations, the building is quiet and I’ve had no issues with parking. The grounds are kept nice and hallways are clean as well, which I really appreciate.
I feel like I made a great choice with Mosaic at Metro and would absolutely refer friends/family to inquire when in the market for a new home.”
