Everyone in that stores are bunch of lairs , they luring potential and existing customer into unrealistic free wristwatches which on the long run leads to unwanted billing issues thereby leading to financially strain on customer.Approaching the manager for resolution was insultive , she was not willing to profile solution and was a snob. They never put customer first very bad place to visit . One of the customer service officer named Micheal was the one that lured me into unwanted wristwatch that the watch is free and my bill will be reduced behold my bill came with double payment and additional two lines added to my four lines thereby increasing my monthly payments

This AT&T establishment is very sketchy. I came here to get a new phone and trade in my old one. During the transfer process, they stated that the duration would be long, which I understood. I asked them if I could leave to shop at a store inside the nearby mall while the agent continued to do the transfer. He said I could. After I came back and picked up my new phone, I noticed the old phone was still activated. I asked him why, and he said it would take some time. I left the store and tried logging into my bank app, but it didn’t allow me to continue logging in because the maximum number of attempts had been reached, even though it was my first attempt. My bank contacted me and immediately suggested I start doing security updates. I also noticed text messages I had never seen before had been opened during the transfer process. I reached out to the manager and informed him that the agent who handled my phone seemed suspicious, but he disregarded my claims. I suggest going to another store to browse and purchase a new phone.

Kimberly was awesome! She got me in and out in a matter of minutes. I’ve always had a great experience here and have always made this store my go too when upgrading! Even when I forgot my passwords ? she worked with me and we finished everything in 15 minutes. # Happy Customer
