“Excellent repair shop. Highly recommended. We had to have 2 doors replaced and they did a flawless job installing them and 'feathering' / matching the paint of the entire vehicle. There were also unforeseen and finicky issues with some of the parts from the used doors (our car is a 2002 Highlander, and had some very old and niche mechanical issues), but the team at New Design didn't back down and (amazingly) figured it out. Thank you, New Design!”

“I wanted to replace the power steering control unit in my 2008 Toyota Prius. I called A1 and they were very helpful. They called me back to confirm that they had the part available and provided a price. I picked it up an hour later, installed it at home, and thanks to a YouTube tutorial, the installation went smoothly. I want to thank A1 for their fantastic customer service and highly recommend them for their business.”
“I would like to recommend Luis Customs Autobody in Hyattsville. Rarely these days a businessman does what he says exactly as he says it. I needed my mom moms 2002 Camry painted all over. Luis gave me a reasonable price apx. 1/3 of what other shops were going to do the job for. The car is old and some of the quotes I got, I could have bought 2 cars for them just painting.
He did extreme sanding that was needed for the prep, painted, and clear coated in 4 days total just as he said. Before I picked the car up, he even had his team detail the whole car. It looked almost new inside and out. I highly recommend this shop and especially Luis for being a man of his word.

“From a year ago to now, I have returned on different occasions, the staff rotates a lot, the oldest ones give a terrible service, unfortunately, the new ones take the pace of the old ones and in short one ends up buying because of the urgent need to obtain the products . Absent or non-existent management is a real shame, so much investment for terrible attention. Wait 15 minutes in a line to be served, only one open box and four other employees doing other activities, joking, walking, looking at the cell phone and the most important part of the operation, the customer, waiting, surprised to see so much negligence. Wooooow.”
