They don't open at all hours, they say they open at 7:30 and there are people outside waiting and they open after 8:00 am, they stick to their schedule, there are many people who work with exact hours.

From a year ago to now, I have returned on different occasions, the staff rotates a lot, the oldest ones give a terrible service, unfortunately, the new ones take the pace of the old ones and in short one ends up buying because of the urgent need to obtain the products . Absent or non-existent management is a real shame, so much investment for terrible attention. Wait 15 minutes in a line to be served, only one open box and four other employees doing other activities, joking, walking, looking at the cell phone and the most important part of the operation, the customer, waiting, surprised to see so much negligence. Wooooow.

AutoZone's customer service is abysmal. I've spent a small fortune with them because I work on cars, and they even deliver parts for me. However, their recent behavior is inexcusable. I was put on hold for an eternity, only to be hung up on! It's clear they have no respect for loyal customers. Save yourself the headache and go to Parts Authority instead. They actually value their customers.

Worse autozone ever!!! The pay station is the service station. 10 people just standing around watching & the manager didn’t say anything

There is no employee who is happy to serve the customer, especially the women are very rude. I am a long time customer. They love gossiping with each other more than handling customers.Worst place

It's a waste of time, 5 staff inside just walk from one side to the other and don't attend to you.

A lady name maryam sold me a part knowing is was a used brokering part my intuition told me to check the box ? and I did and found out they were hoping I’ll take it home and if I return after a longer time they would have not returned it what the employees do is they work with illegal mechanics outside they return the old stuff back to auto zone with the box and cover. split the money and sale the part to someone emigrant and poor people that don’t have enough knowledge if you ever bay a part from this store and end up not working you was scammed

I was stranded and needed a battery installed and this autozone location would not help me. They hung up on me when I asked for help. I would definitely not recommend this store.
